Welcome to Paradise and #312

This newly decorated and remodeled Gulf View condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Second bathroom has been remodeled which has a shower/tub combination and tile floor.

Both bedrooms have TV’s and both bathrooms have hair dryers. There are ceiling fans, ceramic tile floors and new six panel doors throughout.

The master suite and second bedroom have new sliding glass closet doors, new wood-like floors that look and feel great and a new king and two twin mattresses for your sleeping pleasure.

***Replaced in 2024 kitchen refrigerator***

The living room has been updated with a new sectional couch that has three reclining chairs which overlook the beautiful view of the gulf.

Enjoy the balcony that comes with two tables, four chairs, and two lounge chairs for your outside relaxation while again watching the sun sparkling the blue/aqua gulf water!

The 2-level sundeck has tables and chairs to enjoy paradise and gorgeous sunsets while seeing the unique white and powdery quartz sand on the beach!

Swimming pool and tennis courts face the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Suggest replacing glass tables with more functional and safe ones. Kitchen tools need to be replaced. Pots and Pans ok. Have been coming to HOS for over 20 years Will reconsider staying in same unit if above is not changed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Our unit was clean, the view was awesome we couldn’t see sunset but wasn’t a big deal because there are two sun decks to choose from or the beach. Everything was in walking distance, except the blvillage was a bit of a hike for kids. Everything was honestly 5 star except for the glass tables that my son literally sliced his toe open. We love siesta and will always stay at house of sun but they just have to get rid of the glass tables.

We had an issue with the master bedroom tv and it was addressed immediately. The gentlemen who came to fix it was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun in the sun

A perfect 10 days on theb beach. We couldn't say more about the location, cleanliness, amenities, and interactions throughout the rental process. We rented a car for easy access to other beaches, groceries, the village but that would not be necessary if you planned on staying at the property's own amazing beach. The weather was amazing, which no one can control, but we where surely lucky. Would rent here again no questions asked.

House of Sun is located perfectly and provides easy access to the beach and other amenities. Unit 312 is adequately outfitted and offers most everything you need to enjoy your time there, including a fabulous view of the beach. The unit does need updating and a refresh, but if you don’t care about those things, you can enjoy your time there and focus on the beach. (As a side note, the association is changing their pricing structure, which results in a HUGE increase for upcoming rentals.)

Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very easy to find, ideally located near the elevator. Everything was clean, organized and spacious for a family of four. I would say the beds do need upgrades, new beds pleases they are dated. The view and very good sized balcony was a welcomed treat every morning and throughout the day to relax and enjoy the view of the highly rate beach. The office staff were always welcoming, helpful and responsive to our questions, they were always just 1 phone call away. The maintenance staff were also very approachable, upon our arrival one of the building staff was very kind to retrieve a luggage cart for us and deliver it right to our car, he made us feel right at home.

Great location with easy access off island. Office staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again next trip to Siesta Key!
