Makaha Valley Towers gives you the feel of a 5-Star Resort.
This beautiful space is private, breezy, and so comfortable.
The views are spectacular, and the location is close to miles and miles of beaches, exciting hikes, and plenty of amenities.
With a warm salt water pool, and a friendly safe neighborhood, you might enjoy a special barbecue in the evenings, beautiful sunsets, and a walk on the beach.
We are excited to make you feel at home here on the leeward coast of West Oahu.
The space
Makaha Valley Towers was originally built as a Sheraton Hotel, and has been converted to spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and studio apartments It is charming with large bathrooms, walk-in closets, stunning views, and is easily accessible.
Cable TV with WIFI is all set up for your work or pleasure.
Please note that there is a refundable $50 deposit to park your car on the premises.
You may park in any of the two guest parking areas.
Your name will be at the gate when you enter the Towers where you will be issued your guest pass for your vehicle.
Parking cost is $4/day.

We just loved it... It was clean and the owners left great instructions... They had extra amenities such as beach towels, parasol and other items... The location is good which led us to discover the West shore of Oahu... We will go again... Thank you

Makaha is located up north, where Farrington hwy basically ends. 1 hr drive to Waikiki. It is the poorer side of Oahu. Very noticeable from the homes, community and restaurants. Disappointed the restaurants where pretty much fast foods places. Had to drive often down south to get nicer food, which was at least 1/2 hrs. The only good thing up there is Kaena Point Park and Makaha beach. We often drove down South to visit Waikiki and other Tourists spots and beaches. Left the condo early as we got tired of driving an hour back and forth to the condo. Got a hotel in Waikiki instead for the remainder of our vacation. Much more central and more things to see and do. The condo itself was fine. Bunk bed was uncomfortable. Would have preferred a single bed or sofa bed. Would have liked to have black out blinds as it got very bright and hot in the condo. Did not appreciate that we were ask to clean up before we leave the condo. Of course, we would never leave the place messy or dirty. Overall I would not recommend this location unless all you care about is the price.

Mr Toy, we're so sorry to learn from our reviews that you did not have a good stay... Pictures of our Condo to include the actual bunk bed set are all posted on this site. Our Community at the Towers is gated, secured 24/7, very clean & well kept grounds, on the lower side of one of Makaha's Mountain's with the best view of the Ocean from the Westside... We ask each guest please remove their trash & clean the oven (if used) before checking out... We will try our best to better service our guests... Thanks for you Mahalo, M & W

Fantastic views in Makaha Valley

The condo was spacious and gave us lots of space to relax and plan our daily activities. Thought there was a useable lanai as well as actual laundry facilities in the unit. Security is fantastic and staff in the office and around the complex are friendly and very helpful. (where can we buy food?) The pool area along with 6 BBQ's is meticulous. Plenty of loungers for all. Our actual unit had plenty of bedding, beach towels and beach chairs for our use. Aloha Everyone!

Lovely Hawaiian vacation

The property is beautiful. The grounds are well kept. The pool is very clean as are the BBQs. We felt very safe here. The security personnel are very present and walk around the grounds ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone. The unit itself has bunk beds but no guard rail on the upper bunk. Our 7 year old fell out of bed one night so after that she slept on the floor. There are glass square table tops with corners. With young children you need to be prepared to be aware and supervise appropriately. The view is amazing and you can catch really nice sunsets out the back door on the walkway. Laundry is on the same level which is super handy.

Absolutely Perfect Stay

After busy days exploring Oahu and Waikiki it was wonderful to make our way to the condo where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and a beautiful beach to chill out on. The accommodations were exactly what we’d hoped for ... comfortable, clean, with all the fun amenities.

Nice Property

This was a newly remodeled apartment/hotel room. Master bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Must have been a new property for the owners as there weren't many items available yet. During our stay, Monica/Whitfield provided some beach towels and a cooler we could use. The only bummer about this property is the location. It is located on the north side of Waianae and there isn't anything up that way in regards to activities/excursions or nice restaurants (at least we were unable to find any). Everyday we would drive around the island, exploring and seeing the sites... we were always hoping to be able to get back to our place for a quick shower and head out for a nice dinner. This never happened because of the heavy highway traffic heading into Waianae. Basically from 3:00-7:00pm everyday the highway is so slow that it would take us 1 hour and 45 minutes to get from Waikiki area to our place even though it was only about 40 miles. The H1 Highway, right after Kapolei heading towards Waianae, would come to a standstill for about 5-8 miles. Very frustrating when on a beautiful vacation and stuck/sitting in traffic. All in all it was still a very nice property with a fun beach that has pretty good waves for surfing and body boarding only 2 miles down the road. The owners, Monica/Whitfield, were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Birthday Surprise

We had a wonderful time staying an Monica and Whit’s condo! We surprised our son for his Birthday and the stay was perfect! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views from the front and back, and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Condo on the West Shore

This was a great property for my family. The property has been newly renovated with updates to the kitchen, living area, and the bathroom. The owners were fantastic and responded very quickly when I had questions both before and during our stay. I was impressed with the view, the cleanliness of the facility, and the overall condition of the property. The only knock on the property is that the bunk beds weren't as comfy as my kids would have liked. There is a pool that is easily accessible if you don't want to take the short drive to the beach. Speaking of the beach, there are great beaches just a short drive away, and there are no big crowds at any of the areas around Makaha and Waianae. That being said, it was a bit of a drive to get to other parts of the island, but that's because of the beautiful mountain range that separates this area from the more populated parts of the island. This was our first experience using Vrbo, and we will continue to book through them as long as the results are like this one.

Beautiful updated property.

The owners were wonderful and the condo was nicely renovated and updated. The owners were very responsive and were able to help us with any questions. The condo building grounds were well kept but it is a little far away from the rest of the island but beautiful beaches only 2 minute drive away.
