The Space:
This house just finished undergoing a complete remodel. The fireplace reminds guests of its older charm, but flooring, countertops, appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, and paint have all been completely re-done! All of the furniture was purchased to match the sleek design. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, coffee pot is included. There is also a grill outside. All other basic linens and toiletries are included, along with washer and dryer! Truly home away from home!

Guest Access:
There is an electronic lock for your access to the house; we'll send you a personalized code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet residential neighborhood in midtown with mature trees. You are only minutes away from major grocery, shopping, restaurants and more!

Getting Around:
No public transit in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or take a cab.

Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. All of that said, if you ever do need us, we are only a phone call away!
