Nice family reunion

We head to The Cape every year for an extended family reunion. My in-laws have a home in West Dennis and my husband and his siblings rent homes in their neighborhood for our families. This year we needed to bring our dog. It was nice to be able to do that. Central air-conditioning was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was very nice. needed to bribg our dog

I was upset there was an extra fee for linens and towels. Never had to pay extra for this. There wasn’t even blankets for the beds.

Would definitely recommend!

Great quiet neighborhood convenient to beach and restaurants. I decided on this rental for last minute get away with my 3 daughters. Ability to bring our dog was deciding factor in this rental. Central air / washer & dryer / well stocked kitchen made for comfortable stay. Could use an upgrade to outdoor furniture and better lighting in backyard. Hope to return next summer!

NIce property

Well stocked and clean home with air conditioning--which came in handy during a week of 90+ temperatures. It's an easy car ride (5 minutes) or bike ride (10 minutes) or walk (30 minutes) to the beach.

Comfortable residence

The rental was inviting and comfortable, very quiet neighborhood, beds were comfortable, AC cooled and sooth after warm weather outings, the heating lamp was nice after showers, would recommend this rental

Convenient Location

We really enjoyed the location of the house, short bike ride to South Village Beach and West Dennis. House was clean, light and bright thanks to the skylights. The outside patio area could use some new furniture and upkeep to make it more pleasant.

Great area close to everything.

It was a cute home with everything you might need on vacation. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We had a great time! The only thing that should be addressed is the need for a new mattress in the master bedroom. Current one is very uncomfortable.

Cape house in W Dennis

I was very pleased with my stay on Tamarack rd. Everything was good inside the house. Outside the Patio furniture could be replaced. It was not enjoyable sitting outside which was a disappointment.

The house was clean an well comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The bathroom was ok. Bedrooms were a bit small, and the mattresses not very comfortable for my taste. Outside furniture on a cheap side and not to comfortable. Backyard could benefit with a bit more shade (umbrella?)
