About this property

Dramatic six-level contemporary home with brand new whole house air conditioning system in 2020. Just two-tenths of a mile to The Cape Cod Rail Trail. Homeowners association access to the freshwater of Blueberry Pond which is great for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. A great room with cathedral ceiling, skylights and hardwood flooring is located at the top level to take advantage of the panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay, inside or from the adjoining deck. A covered porch on the same level is perfect for dining al fresco. A few steps down is the kitchen and dining area with water views and its own deck. Six bedrooms (including 2 masters with en suite baths) are on the levels below. The ground level features a spacious family room that opens out onto a brick patio and lovely lawn. The saltwater of Cape Cod Bay at Linnell Landing is just under two miles away. With accommodations for a maximum of 10 adults and up to 16 people, this home is great for an extended family vacation!

Wonderful Brewster area

Overall it was a very good and pleasant stay. The house big and clean, but it not suitable for people who has any difficulties to walk on stairs, there are a lot of stairs in the house. The check in and check our process wasn't simple, i had to go to a different town (10 min extra drive) to pick up a keys from the house and then i had to do the same thing to drop a keys. I think it would be much simpler just to do a key box lock instead of driving back and force. Even with all these minor inconvenience i would defiantly recommend this house! Thanks

Multilevel home in a quiet neighborhood

Needs improvement

We were with a group of friends for a summer weekend. A few basic things weren’t available like bathroom tissues, kitchen paper roll. Kitchen cutlery is good for small families but not when you are at almost capacity with 12-14 adults. Water pressure is very low. The internet did not work and the 24*7 dispatch was seemed. They came in and out some workaround with electric connections all around creating safety issues. Overall a three star stay.
