Was a very clean and nicely decorated unit.

We had a lovely stay at Westgate. The check in process was easy and staff very helpful and friendly. The unit met all our expectations, it was very clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic location for visiting Universal

Stayed here three nights and two days to visit Harry Potter World. The resort is very well maintained and is extremely conveniently located to the parks / shopping / restaurants. Only a 20 min drive to airport. The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Cheery, upbeat, proactive. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. We loved the golf cart trips to help us navigate the large grounds of the resort! We Uber'd back and forth to the parks -- it made it super easy and convenient. Would highly recommend this location.

Very good Orlando stay

The property was exactly as described. Nice unit in good condition and everything was working. We did not use any of the amenities of the Complex. Actually when I made the booking I was under the impression I was booking at Westgate Resort & Spa...where the rest of our family was staying ( about 10 miles away ) That was totally my error. The only negative about this property is the inadequate parking that is available...we had to park in the adjacent construction lot on several occasions. This is a VERY large complex. The staff was very good.

The property was just as described. Clean, comfortable, great resort amenities. It is close to everything Orlando has to offer and we will very likely be back.
