Luxury family Villa Gimi Elite with private pool is situated amidst the idyllic nature of Central Istria. It offers an excellent retreat for all those, who would like a relaxing holiday but also not be too far away from larger towns such as Pazin.

On the bright and airy ground floor, you will find an open concept living room as well as a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and one additional toilet can also be found on the ground floor of the villa. On the upper floor, you will find one more bedroom with an en-suite bathroom In the lovely carefully tended garden of Villa Funcici you can also find an outdoor summer kitchen with a dining area, ideal for preparing delicious meals while breathing in the fresh air. Here also you can play billard which is located near pool and summer kitchen. For those who would like to try a popular sport in Istria, there is a playground futsal field near the villa.
