Condo au bord du lac Archambault (rez-de-chaussé) avec vue sur le lac avec sa plage privée. Capacité de coucher 7 personnes. À seulement 2 minutes de marche du coeur du village et 3-4 minutes en voiture de la plage publique! À quelques minutes à pieds: SPA nordique, banque, SAAQ, dépanneur, Métro/IGA, restos et micro-brasserie et plus! Deux pentes de ski tout près: Mont Garceau et La Réserve, patinoire, pistes de skidoo directement à partir du lac, golf et plusieurs montagnes pour la randonnées pédestre!

Condo on Lake Archambault (ground floor) overlooking the lake with its private beach. Sleeps 7 people. Only 2 minutes walk to the heart of the village and 3-4 minutes drive to the public beach! A few minutes walk: Nordic spa, bank, SAAQ, convenience store, Metro / IGA, restaurants and microbrewery and more! Two ski slopes nearby: Mont Garceau and La Réserve, skating rink, skidoo slopes directly from the lake, golf and several mountains for hiking!
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Friend getaway

My friends and I booked this property for a short stay in July 2024. The property was in a good location, walking distance to the main town and also close to the lakefront. Both rooms were a good size, one w/ensuite and one with access to a full bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen is well equipped and grocery is located on the main road - ahort drive. There is good hiking in the area. The TV worked the 1st evening, but not the second (maybe the cable was out - also not a SMART TV), and the Wifi signal was not always reliable - but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We chose the property for its proximity to our children's summer camp - but it was priced high.

Bel endroit, très bien situé, propre et accueillant. On a accès à une plage privée. Notre hôte est joviale, et disponible. Le condo offre toutes les commodités auxquelles on s’attend. A quelques pas du village de St-Donat. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.

Nous sommes allés skier au Mont Garceau et le condo était parfait, juste à côté et très confortable avec une vue extraordinaire du Lac Archambault.

Les gens et le condo étaient parfaits! - People around and the condo were awesome

Le condo était très propre et bien équipé. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Mais ce qui s'est démarqué le plus est réellement le service de Mireille. Il nous est arrivé tout plein de pépins durant notre séjour (rien qui était relié à la location ou au condo lui-même) et Mireille était toujours là pour nous donner un coup de mains, ainsi que les résidents autour. Vous pouvez avoir pleinement confiance en Mireille. Si une catégorie plus grande que SUPERHOST existait, c'est dans cette catégorie que je mettrais Mireille. Encore une fois merci, ce n'est que partie remise, je relouerais à cet endroit n'importe quand. The condo was clean and well equipped. The view ont the lake was awesome. But the greatest thing was Mireille's service. A lot of things happened to us (nothing related to the location or the condo itself) and Mireille and the neighbourhood were always there to give us a hand. You can trust Mireille as a host. If a better category than superhost existed, it is were I would put Mireille. I will rent with Mireille anytime.
