Dreamvilla Quads in Los Altos, Torrevieja. The house is close to two shopping centers (Via Park 3 & 5), so that local restaurants, bars, shops, cafes located, etc are just a few minutes walk from the house, you will need a car to the nearest until get beach (5 minutes drive) or you can use the local bus service. The house is on 3 floors. On the ground floor is a living / dining area with patio, kitchen with Dishwasher, 1 bedroom, 1 shower and garden with barbecue and outside dining table with 6 chairs and umbrella for shade and barbeque. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath, patio and a washing machine on the third floor is a herlicher sun terrace with deckchairs. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms.
TV satellite system and Internet access.
The apartment has a private swimming pool
Also suitable for wintering, they ask for long term rates
