Amazing stay

We had the best time at the cottages. It was clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was incredible. We will be staying here again the next time we come to Grand Cayman.

This lovely property is on the quiet east side of the island with convenient access to several restaurants, a grocery and liquor store. Lynn and her staff have great knowledge of the island and were incredibly helpful. We had such a great time and will definitely be back.

Fabulous Stay!

The location was incredible and right on the beach. The Vrbo listing was 100% accurate and the real thing did not disappoint. The rooms were perfect and Mary, Glenn and Lynn were sooo helpful and no ask was too much for them. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Grand Cayman.

My husband and I spent the week in Sunrise and had the most amazing experience! Beautiful views, ocean breeze, sandy beach, right out our door, and the hospitality and amenities were outstanding! Glen, our property hostess, was so helpful, positive, and was able to meet all of our needs! We would highly recommend the sunrise at the cabins to anyone who wants to experience, beauty and tranquility!

Beautiful Resort

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was served fresh each morning. We loved the view from our cottage. I would note that there was quite a bit of Sargassum but that wasn’t an issue for us as we planned to visit seven mile beach. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cottages. Easy check in (we were allowed early check in due to an early flight). The location is perfect and everything about our stay was amazing. Breakfast was great every morning, and the staff was fantastic and attentive to any need you may have. Amazing stay at The Cottages

We had an amazing week at The Cottages! The unit and property are beautiful, exactly as the pictures look, and Lynn, Glen, and Vanessa are super helpful and friendly! We would go back in a heartbeat. It’s quiet and the East End felt peaceful but still had ever we needed. Great restaurants and a little Centre for groceries and wine nearby. Thanks for the amazing vacation!

Relaxing at The Cottages

The Cottages were wonderful. It was so relaxing. Gwen and her crew made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was excellent. So nice to be fed a yummy meal to start the day. The resident roosters were friendly too. We really enjoyed the East Side of the island. There are many tasty restaurants in the area! Enjoy the local fare. We can't wait to return to the island and stay in Sunrise 7 at the Cottages.

Tranquility

This is a small property that feels secluded and private. There are only 10 units which makes it an intimate stay. Mostly couples or solo travelers during my stay. Everyone was very friendly. The staff are delightful. The beach is clean, the room was clean and comfortable. There are larger resorts nearby that have restaurants. There are also several restaurants within driving distance that very good. Overall my stay was relaxing. I highly recommended staying here and would definitely go back.

Heaven on Earth

The cottages are a hidden gem. The location is sublime, the service provided by Lynn as well as Vanessa and Glenn is something special you can’t find anywhere else. By the end of the trip, I wasn’t sure what I was going to to without having them around! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Between the morning breakfast, the peacefulness, the quaint location around the best restaurants on the island we are already planning a much larger family trip to rent out multiple units. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would!

Best Spot Ever

We have been to the Caymans 3x now and this has been our favorite spot so far. The view is amazing! The beach is literally right out our door a few steps. Loved watching the sunrise and walking the beach. So many little creatures to see and shells to find. Glen and Mary were wonderful hosts and brought us our wonderful breakfast every morning. It was delicious. Very accommodating for everything we needed. Bed was comfy, and we had most everything we needed to fix a few meals. Rum point was withing 30 minutes with amazing snorkeling, along with several other beaches. They also have snorkeling gear and rafts available to use. It was a perfect get away from our cold weather in Kansas. :)-

Beautiful, Quiet, Beachfront

This place was perfect for our long weekend in Grand Cayman! The room is spacious and convenient with the kitchenette. The pool was steps away and while the beach isn’t exactly 7 mile, it’s such a beautiful and quiet view. We would lay in the hammock watching the ocean in the morning and hang around the fire pit in the evening! There are even bikes available which we took 3 min down the road to get coffee or dinner. Unfortunately we had some bad luck and bad weather but we’re so glad we stayed here because Lynn was incredibly helpful! When our boat tour cancelled on us, she reached out to a friend to coordinate another option for us. When it started pouring down rain, she brought us a few board games to play while the weather cleared up. Her staff was so kind and friendly too! The only downside is the distance from seven mile and Rum Point but we didn’t mind the drive. This place is a fantastic option if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing, highly recommend!

Piece of Paradise

The Cottage was better than advertised. We stayed at Sunrise #7 located on the beach and it was spectacular. The view from the patio and while lying in bed was absolutely amazing. The property owner Lynn was very helpful when called upon. And Glen and Vanessa made sure we had breakfast the way we wanted each morning and that our rooms were kept clean everyday. The drive to the East End takes about 40 minutes from the airport and can be a little confusing at first. But after the first time you should be alright. There are several good places to eat all offering Oceanview seating. There's also a small grocery store 2 minutes away to pick up food and other essentials if you desire. The East End is the quiet part of the Island. If you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach I would highly recommend staying here. However, if you are looking for more of the tourist scene then go to the West End..On my next trip to the Cayman Islands I will definitely be reserving this Cottage again. Hope this helps Enjoy

Our cottage was AMAZING!!!! My husband & I have traveled to many islands in the Caribbean and this was our favorite place we ever stayed! Beautiful cottage, super clean, right on the beach & literally about 5 steps from the gorgeous inground pool, with umbrellas & plenty of lounge chars, pool floaters, snorkel gear, paddle boards & a kayak too, with life vests! They also had heavy duty styrofoam coolers you can use to store cold drinks and/or food if driving to the other side of the island. Extremely friendly service from Glen, Mary & Lynn! They were outstanding & always asking if there was anything we needed! Super attentive to EVERY single detail. Our experience was over the top! Homemade breakfast served on our individual outside deck, each morning, exactly when we requested it arrive. You don't find this level of service anywhere these days!!! We will DEFINITELY be coming back again! Seriously...look no further...book your stay here! I GUARANTEE you won't be disappointed! Its a true hidden gem! Thank you again Glen, Mary & Lynn!! You made our stay so relaxing!!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, etwas weiter weg von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, so dass man hier definitiv ein Auto braucht. Uns hat die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Kritikpunkt: WiFi war nicht sehr stabil. Wir hätten uns eine bessere Kommunikationsmöglichkeit mit Host gewünscht. Aber alles in einem war es eine schöne Unterkunft und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen im Wasser und am Strand.

Loved The Cottages!

Lynn, the owner, was very welcoming and answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations. The property is beautiful with a beautiful, clean beach. Great snorkeling right off the beach front. Close to some great restaurants, grocery store, liquor store and dive shop. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the perfect size. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the hammock and fire pit. Great spot to see the sunrise!
