We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at Balavil. Marcus is friendly, kind and helpful. The property is spacious, clean, very comfortable and very well stocked, including a generous, thoughtful goodie basket on arrival. All set in beautiful grounds, with lots of birdlife and nature. I can’t say enough about how great this holiday unit is - everything you need spotless presentation and in the heart of the langhorne creek wine region. The welcome basket and food in the fridge was incredible and featured some thoughtful inclusions and touches - would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat

This was a spacious cottage, perfect for a weekend stay. All amenities were exactly as described, plus some and the welcome basket of goodies was outstanding. The smell of the roses outside the front door, just enriched the experience - Definitely recommend it, and I will be back! Thanks

A great place for a couple that enjoys exceptional accommodation, hospitality, convenient location

We are greatly impressed and it is well worth the money and the location which is only two minutes away from Strath. We will definitely be back. Marcus is a wonderful host and understands couple who want a quality experience and those who will look after and respect the property. The gardens are delightful, and the birdlife is prolific. It is quiet and the clean air is so calming.
