Welcome to our cherished family bach, a well-loved retreat where we’ve spent countless summers making memories. We’d love to share our little gem with you!

This fully fenced Beach Bach is ideal for families of all sizes, whether you're a small family, extended family, or gathering with friends. Nestled off the main road, it's just a short 3-4 minute stroll to the beach.

Our Bach features an open-plan living area that includes a kitchen, dining, and lounge, along with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Everything you need is here – cozy duvets, comfy bedding, and a range of appliances including a Sky satellite TV. You'll also find a refreshing hot shower indoors, plus a cold outdoor shower perfect after a beach day.

The spacious backyard offers plenty of room to pitch tents or bring caravans for extra accommodation.

Whether you’re relaxing on the outdoor patio with a glass of wine looking out to the sea or enjoying a cold beer in the fisherman’s lodge, there’s space for everyone to unwind.

Pourerere boasts a beautiful, safe swimming beach with kilometers of golden sand and rocky shore, ideal for diving, snorkelling, surfing and exploring the Te Angi Angi Marine Reserve. The coastal walkways, big reefs for the kids to discover, and swimming lagoons make it a perfect spot for all ages to enjoy.

Please note:
- Pets are welcome, but outdoors only, and no smoking is allowed.
- There is a shared driveway, but it's rarely used by the owners in the back section.

Our family is born and bred in Otane - 30 minutes away from our holiday home. We love that we can share this place with travellers from all walks of life and hopefully give them as much joy as we get from this place we call our sweet paradise.

Why they chose this property

This property is an excellent space for large families. Located off the main road, which tends to be quite busy during the summer, it is fully fenced, making it very safe for little ones. We love bringing our family here; it offers fantastic swimming, diving, and a safe beach area for a variety of activities. It is our home away from home, where we can sit back and relax!

What makes this property unique

The hidden location and spacious section is a bonus, allowing you to pitch tents and park caravans for extra accommodation at an additional cost.
