Το σπίτι β ρίσκεται σε ένα κήπο που μοιάζει περισσότερο με μικρό πάρκο. Η διακόσμηση είναι σχετική με την εποχή του σπιτιού (1960) και με τη θέση του δίπλα στην θάλασσα.
Η αυλόπορτα βγάζει ακριβώς στην πλαζ. Η άμμος είναι έξω και μέσα στη θάλασσα και τα νερά είναι πεντακάθαρα. Υπάρχει χώρος για τουλάχιστον 2 αυτοκίνητα στην αυλή. Η ταράτσα έχει εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο του Κινιου και προσφέρεται για ηλιοθεραπεία. Το ηλιοβασίλεμα είναι μοναδικό .

Das Haus ist entzückend, hat jede Menge Charme und die Lage ist perfekt. Besonders die Außendusche und die tolle Terrasse haben es mir angetan. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Helen hat uns jederzeit unterstützt, als unsere Fähre aufgrund eines Sturms ausgefallen ist.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ σπάνια θέση ειδικά για όσους αγαπούν τη θάλασσα. Επίσης η Νεοκλασική Ερμούπολη του 19ου αιώνα και η μεσαιωνική Άνω Σύρος έχουν μεγάλη παράδοση στις τέχνες και πολλά πολιτιστικά δρώμενα (φεστιβάλ μουσικής, θέατρο , εκθέσεις ζωγραφικής ...) που δίνουν έμπνευση για δημιουργία, εξ ου και ο τίτλος που δίνω στο σπίτι...

Γύρω από το σπίτι σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση υπάρχουν εστιατόρια ταβέρνες και μπαρ για όλα τα γούστα. Το καλοκαίρι λειτουργούν σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση 4 ταβέρνες, 2 μεζεδοπωλεία, 2 σουβλατζίδικα, 2 μπαρ, μίνι μάρκετ,περίπτερο, ενοικιαζόμενα αυτοκίνητα και μηχανάκια. Υπάρχει τακτική συγκοινωνία με την Ερμούπολη. Αλλά και το χειμώνα αρκετά από αυτά παραμένουν ανοιχτά. Η πρόσβαση στην Νεοκλασική Ερμούπολη και στα υπόλοιπα χωριά του νησιού είναι εύκολη με τη συγκοινωνία και με ράδιο-ταξί. Το νησί σαν πρωτεύουσα των Κυκλάδων διαθέτει οργανωμένο νοσοκομείο, αγορά, πολλές εκδηλώσεις και φεστιβάλ, τακτική σύνδεση με Αθήνα ακτοπλοϊκά και με αεροπλάνο σε καθημερινή βάση. Η διαμονή είναι ευχάριστη και ενδιαφέρουσα όλη τη διάρκεια του χρόνου.
