Great location if you plan to spend some time downtown, very easy to get a ride share quickly. Communication with the host was excellent. The house itself is dated - expect creaky floors and nothing fancy, but for art deco & Florida decor fans like myself, it was absolutely charming. Felt like a visit to great grandma’s house.
Lots of room. Very art deco on tbe inside. Awesome cat outside.

No hot water after my long drive from South Carolina to Miami and to st pete I was sweaty and couldn’t take a shower I saw a manager at the mail box and said he was coming back and didn’t so it’s still cold after two days and no one told me I had to bring my own towel I had to get a old towel in my trunk but besides that it was nice them were my only problems and if they fix the water situation I’ll come back

Not as clean as it looked online
The property was adequate for a one night stay. Definitely could use some updating. The shower and towels were A+.

Patrick is a very accommodating host! The house and property is clean. The bed was like sleeping at home. We had everything we needed. Was a pleasure staying in this little gem! We so enjoyed our stay and it’s close to everything. We look forward to staying again! Thank You Patrick!!!

Christmas Stay
Pat was very attentive to our needs. St.Petersburg had its coldest Christmas in 30 yrs and he had to bring over a space heater as it was chilly in the house. The kitchen was not as equipped as I had hoped, we had to request pans for the oven. The house itself is quaint but could have been cleaner. However, Pat's attentiveness made up for property shortcomings.
The house was in very poor condition compared to the pictures on VRBO.
There was water seeping up under tiles by the washer/dryer, it took a long time for water to heat up for showers, cable TV was not accessible nor was the WI-FI. The owner was responsive but not local and relied on his son to handle things who was not responsive. We ended up only staying g one night. The house is not a stand alone structure and is connected to other residence by paper thin walls. When someone on the other side would talk, it sounded like they were in the room with us. We ended up leaving early and moving to a hotel.
Property was excellent and home owner was very accomidating to me showing up a bit early. House was well maintained and warm. Great visit and very close to St Pete night life.
This home is in a lovely, quiet historic neighborhood and the home itself is beautiful! It could definitely use some updates / added upkeep, though. Overall, a great stay, though! Patrick was very willing to be flexible and accommodate when we ran into unexpected travel issues too!
Clean place in safe neighborhood. Off street parking only and can park on one side only. Friendly neighbors. Sleigh bed was extremely comfortable with ample amount of pillows. Temperature was nice and cool plus ceiling fans available. Temp not able to be adjusted,, that we could find. Washer and dryer available. Dishwasher was out of order and looked to have been inoperable for a while. All kitchen basics were available. Not many condiments if you want to cook there but was not an issue for us. Two tv's and ample places to sit and relax. 2 Outdoor tables and chairs. Plants a bit overgrown but pleasant atmosphere. Gated yard. If you have a lot of electronics to plug in, remember this is an older home so there aren't as many outlets as more modern homes. It is nice and quiet. If u need noise to sleep, you may want to bring a fan for white noise. This home was so comfortable that I enjoyed hanging out there to relax. Water pressure a little mild. Shower only although there is a tub. Very attentive and friendly host. Rays stadium is close and recommend parking in lot 2 or street. Easy in and out there.Would consider staying at this home again.
Old run down building that has been split into multiple apartments. Seperated by only a board of sheet rock. You can have a conversation with tenant on other side of the wall. Front door falling apart. Hot water to the shower only after running water for 10 minutes. Dated dusty old furniture. If you can get past these items location is not bad. Wish we would have stayed at the beach.

Comfortable home in a nice, central neighborhood
We had some confusion about access to the house and were not able to get in contact with our host. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, comfortable beds, and easy access to downtown.
We were in town for a few days for a family funeral. This home is older but quaint. It could use some work but the price and location were perfect for laying our heads down at night. The beds/rooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean and had the necessities for a quick visit. Pat accommodated us with umbrellas on short notice as we were unsure about incoming weather. Communication and check in/out was great. I would recommend if you don’t need 5 stars.
We were so happy with this property and Mr Feeney was a great host! From all the pretty stained glass windows to the wonderful ceiling fans made our peaceful sleep just perfect for our days spent on the beaches watching local fish. Just the right thing for these frontline workers who finally got a break from the pandemic! Thank you Pat and we look forward to seeing you again 😁
