This cabin has this beautiful glass wall which makes you feel connected with nature. It is somewhat small but super cozy and accommodated our family of four very well! It is well equipped and has nice finishing a throughout bathrooms and kitchen. It is located 15mins away from Big Bear in a nice and quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed a lot and recommend!

GREAT cabin and it was as seen in pictures. Staff was very easy to work with. Cabin had that at home feel and vibe. They had everything you could want right there. Great view from the patio and could not ask for more. This is the second time this month we rented a cabin and 3rd time this year. We will always rent from you guys, Thanks again.

It was a good stay. Though the bbq worked only one night and it wouldn't light again after that. The beds had sheets on top of them just sorta thrown on in a pile. Otherwise it was a nice stay
The place was very cute, we loved the view. There was a few things off about it such as: missing seat cushion on the sofa, dirty walls in the bedrooms, no TV in the living room (but hook ups for the TV) and disproportionately large TVs in the bedroom.

Always smooth sailing
Just a few little maintenance issues I let the staff know by phone call. They responded nicely and would let management know. Not really big issues but would make the stay for the next person nicer.
Double check in fine print if cabins in mountains and beaches have air conditioning - this one did not and it was hot in Big Bear - really dampened our stay due to this inconvenience.

Hi Robert!
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the lack of air conditioning impacted your stay. While many mountain cabins in Big Bear do not have air conditioning due to the area's traditionally mild climate, we understand that warmer weather can make this an important amenity for some guests.
We do our best to accurately list amenities for each property, and we encourage guests to review those details before booking. That said, we understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your experience. Your feedback helps future guests make informed decisions and helps us continue evaluating ways to improve the comfort of our properties. We hope you'll consider staying with us again and allow us to help you find a cabin that better fits your needs for your next visit.

Could be perfect... poor management!
We were told we could check in early at 2 so we kept our baby awake longer so she could nap in her playpen. Upon arriving we were told that it turns out that we couldn't check in early, so now we had a cranky baby and ice cream with no where to put them. When we finally were able to get in, the outside of the building was as pictured. Nice wooded lot, floor to ceiling windows across the front. Upon waking in at first glance the cabin was perfect. However, with just a little time the issues with housekeeping ( or lack there of) became very clear. The walls were filthy and the doors were worse. Our babies feet were black within 10 minutes. Which made it clear why the couch and ottoman were stained. People walking around with dirty feet and shoes, then putting them on the furniture had destroyed the really nice furnishings. I told management about the cleanliness problem and they said they'd would send housekeeping over in the morning to clean. They were suppose to show up at 9 to clean the floor butt they didn't show up. I finally text and the response was " can we help you with something".... When I reminded them that housekeeping was suppose to be there over an hour ago, they said that they were on the way but traffic was showing them down. We finally had to leave so the floor never got clean. The dishwasher wasnt anchored down as it was supposed to be, so often the door would hit the knob of the cabinet but if you pushed it back the door would shut. However, the morning when we left as we were about to walk out the door I stepped in a puddle of water. The dishwasher was leaking. I put the towels from the bathroom on the floor to soak up the water but we had to go. The dryer also had a sign saying it was temporarily out of order ( which we had planned to dry our snow gear in it), the sign clearly was not recently put on the dryer so don't plan on using it. Sadly this property that could be fantastic is being ruined by poor management and poor cleaning.

Thank you,
Big Bear Cool Cabins
Very nice place but didn't realize it wasn't air conditioned. Took my mom for a gateway weekend. Also felt of the $682.41 I paid for the two nights, there was an extra $297.00 in owner and tax fees, which is exorbitant. Contract requires you to wash you dishes or you will be charged. Also told to empty all trash cans and bring to main office when we left. I'm not sure why the cleaning fee doesn't include trash or washing dishes?
I'd stay again, but wish most of the fees were incorporated into the nightly total, because what you think you will pay in a nightly rate is really almost doubled.

Hi Joshua, thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. Sorry about the dishes, that is standard procedure in the rental companies. We understand that no one likes to wash dishes :) As for the trash, it is mandated by the city that guests must dispose of their own trash. Otherwise, we would do it for you. We hope to have you stay with us again soon and have a great day! :)
Hi Kris!
Thank you for staying with us! We hope you enjoyed your stay!
