Come enjoy your vacation in this brighlty furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. With oceanviews from the front covered porch, you can start your morning with coffee and the sounds of the ocean. Beach Bofs open floor plan makes it easy for the whole family to enjoy cooking, dining or enjoying a movie for the night. With the public beach access close by you can easily find your way to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. This quaint cottage has just what you need to enjoy Topsail!

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Just a short stroll to the easy beach access (located across the street and to the left of 1328 S. Shore Dr)
Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
No Pets by Tenants - No pets allowed on the premises though Owner's amy bring their own

Great Weekend Getaway

All around awesome

This was a beautiful house with plenty of room and everything that you would need for a week of vacation. Access to the beach was great. I would definitely recommend this place to others and hopefully will be able to return for future visits.

Annual beach trip

We enjoyed Beach Bofs. It is an easy walk across the street to beach access. The split floor plan was nice. Thoughtful touches: digital weather station, clothesline in carport, beach cart for guest use. One small draw back, it is on the main road so there is road noise. It was hard to tell from the photos how close it was to the road.

Overall the property was nice and it was a good stay. I had difficulty with the lock on the house initially and when I called the property management, was treated quite poorly by the agent. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Close to Surf City

The house is very close to Surf City, which has pros and cons. Lots of traffic. Super close to restaurants and such. The house has seen a lot of updates and looks great on the inside. The keyless entry was a bit finicky and we had some panic a couple of times when it wouldn't open for us.

I still wonder what BOFs stands for

This was a great house. The furniture in the bedrooms was up to date and all but 1 room had a ceiling fan. Ample parking and a quick drive to stores. The walk to the beach was effortless and there were no stairs. The cart provided was a plus! The only negative was how busy the street was. I will definitely be booking this house again!

Perfect spot close to the beach

Our family had a great time! House had everything we needed in the kitchen and was very clean. Good size bedrooms and a fantastic covered porch out front. Very convenient to beach access.
