The Space:

Evenings draw you toward the glow of gas fireplaces, while crisp mountain air invites you to unwind in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. This peaceful setting in Blueberry Hill offers room to stretch out and enjoy Whistler at an unhurried pace.



Sleeping arrangements

The home spans four levels and sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 7 beds. The upper floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms on the second upper floor each feature a queen bed, one with a private deck and the other with access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The main floor bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds and is located near a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a nearby powder room.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the winter landscape indoors, creating a spacious gathering area anchored by a gas fireplace. A media room with another fireplace and a large TV offers a cozy place to unwind, while a dedicated office provides a workspace with WiFi and a desk. The dining area seats 10, connecting seamlessly to a kitchen equipped for preparing meals with ease, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics.



Outdoor living

Step onto the large deck to take in the cool mountain air and relax in the private hot tub. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill provide space to enjoy the scenery, whether returning from skiing, snowshoeing, or exploring the nearby trails.

Located in the quiet Blueberry Hill neighborhood at the end of a private lane, the home is surrounded by trees and close to the Valley Trail. Whistler Village, the Gondola, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and golf are a short drive away, with a reserved parking spot at the Pan Pacific Mountainside adding easy village access.

Amenities include a washer, dryer, mudroom, clothing storage, safe, portable fans, heating, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smart lock for self check-in. A heated two-car garage, driveway parking for two additional vehicles, and an EV charger are provided. The elevator connects multiple levels of the home. Things to know

The home does not have air conditioning. Parties, events, smoking, and pets are not permitted, and quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am. Long term stays are allowed.
