The Space
Set within the Northern Lights neighbourhood, this townhouse offers an airy layout with vaulted ceilings and two-story windows that frame forest and village scenery. The main living area creates an inviting place to gather, complete with a gas fireplace and 55” Sony Smart TV for cozy nights in while snow falls outside. The open layout flows into a dining area for eight and a kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. A heated mudroom and large single-car garage give you practical space for winter gear, and in-suite laundry adds convenience throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king bed, sitting area, 50” Sony Smart TV, and an ensuite with heated floors, a rain shower, handheld shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom on the main level features a king split bed with a nearby bathroom and shower. The lower level includes a queen bedroom and an additional bedroom fitted with two sets of twin bunk beds. This floor also hosts a bathroom with a double vanity, two toilets, a shared bathtub, and a stand-up shower, along with access to a fourth shower beside the therapeutic steam room.
Outdoor living
Winter relaxation comes naturally here, whether you begin or end your day in the private hot tub on the lower deck or enjoy a quiet moment in the steam room. The upper balcony offers a crisp mountain backdrop year-round, with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for those who appreciate fresh air even in colder months.

Air conditioning is available in the primary bedroom, the main floor king-split room, and the living area. Heating, an indoor fireplace, bathroom essentials, bedroom and laundry amenities, a safe, private entrance, outdoor furniture, and free parking in the garage are all provided, along with self check-in via smart lock.
Ski access & neighborhood
Whistler Village and the gondolas are approximately two minutes away by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends above Northern Lights at a set of around 100 stairs that must be descended to reach the home, and the ski-out requires climbing the same stairs before reconnecting with the trail. Ski access typically operates from late December through March, depending on snow conditions.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain.
