Modern Luxury Home in Whistler

Maximum occupancy for this property is 10 people, with children included. Located a convenient 2 kms north of Whistler Village and only a 5 minute drive or taxi ride to all the local ski lifts and village, this home will provide a haven for your stay in Whistler. Situated off the 5th Fairway of Nicklaus North with wide open gorgeous views of Sproatt mountain. Tastefully designed and decorated, the home offers luxury high end accommodation to the discerning traveller. Wolf Gas Range, Sub Zero fridge/freezer are in the kitchen. 2 Master bedrooms consisting of king sized bed and luxury bathroom en-suites. 3 additional bedrooms all with en-suite. One with queen sized bed and two with king/twin split option. There is a family room with queen sized sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. Laundry and Mudroom with boot dryer area and plenty of storage for boots and jackets. 5 Flatscreen TVs, SONOS 2 surround sound system with speakers throughout house. Combining high end modern furnishings and a unique dining table set seating 12 guests. The wood for the table is made from reclaimed wood from floor joists out of the Boulder Saloon built in the Gastown neighbourhood of Vancouver in the early 1900's, so the wood is well over 100 years old. Large double garage. Natural gas Weber barbecue, outside seating and, of course, large hot-tub for 8 people.

The house is located on the valley trail network and all the local hiking and biking trails. It is within a 2 minute walk to Whistler Recreation Centre that has full gym, squash, facilities as well as public ice skating and a children and adult pool. In summer time, the park opens up to a perfect setting for families with a small water park.

DISCLOSURE NOTE: Separate owner suite with separate entrance outside of property front door sometimes in use by owner. Infrequent in winter but occupied full time from May to September. The suite does not impede with the use and enjoyment of the main house.

Winter wonderland wedding in Whistler!

We stayed in this property when our daughter got married on the top of Whistler! This was the perfect place for our family to stay as there were plenty of rooms and bedrooms for all of us. The temperature-controlled fireplace was so lovely, as well as the heated floors. We were thankful for the dual dishwasher with our crowd, and took advantage of the hot tub after big days on the mountain! We were so happy to have garage access. Our daughter and son in law had their “first look” right in your back yard - such a lovely setting that will forever hold a special place in our heart! We had a great time from start to finish. Thank you for the champagne - such a nice touch!

This home is amazing, granted we spent 4 days with our dearest friends and their kids but you don't want to hear about that. The kitchen was incredible, everything you need is provided unless your Rachel Ray then you may need to run to the store. Dinning for 12 on a incredible wood table. A great outdoor space with enough seating and a hot tub that we used regularly. Enough master suites and beautifully appointed bathrooms to satisfy everyone. There is a extra fridge in the garage for those additional adult or kid friendly beverages. A beautiful fireplace enhances the living area. Great location on the golf course and only a 5 minute drive to the village. Jackie was fantastic, gave us a tour of the home and what was happening in the village. She knows, she's the editor of a magazine and her husband in a incredible photographer. There is now a house to the right of the garage which was built after the exterior photo so we were a bit surprised however once your inside your oasis you do not know you even have neighbors. Most of the home is wired for your music. This place is everything you need in a getaway for the boys, girls or couples that want to spend some quality time together. This is a home that we will come back to when we come to Whistler next time. BTW, if you want to ZipLine, ZipTrek was amazing.......epic weekend, thank you for opening up your home to us.

Gorgeous Home on Golf Course

We were a party of 7 and this home not only provided the right enough space for everyone, it was comfortable, warm and beautiful. Set on Nicklaus North Golf Course, your backyard opens up to mountains and a small lake. We encountered bears and Canadian Geese throughout our stay. This home is close to Whistler Village, shopping and grocery and excursions. It was really hard to say goodbye to the nature and beauty of Whistler. The home provided all the amenities you need to feel like home. Our host communicated with easy check in and check out instructions. The beds were comfortable, the showers were perfect after a day of hard play. If you are traveling with a group, this home will not disappoint. Loved every minute we spent here.

Outstanding property!

We have rented many properties in Whistler over the past 20 years and this house is far and away the top of the list....it is a premier house with more than enough room for the five of us......huge modern hot tub on a covered patio...large living spaces and bedrooms...huge 2-car garage and a most accommodating hostess. We'll be looking for it again on future Whistler trips.

Whistler wonderland

Had an amazing birthday weekend in Whistler. The house was big and spacious for a party of ten adults. The kitchen amenities were more than enough to cook all meals without worry. The host was very responsive to any inquiry, which is always important. I would definitely recommend staying here and would come in the summer as well!

Picturesque Whistler Trip

Overall, amazing home. The table is perfect for families as are the rooms. Tiny stuff to add would be full length mirrors (okay this is a ladies thing before group photos) and making sure all the light bulbs on chandeliers work. But this place was perfect for groups and the host was prompt and kind. Some of the light bulbs were unique so I understand, but for the social media types, something to note. Stand outs are all the kitchen items and perfect sunset backdrop. Do not hesitate to book this for your family getaway. The bus to the Whistler village is easy if people sleep in when the rest of the family already parked by the slopes. Best trip ever. We will be back!!en items and

4 Couples Golf Stay

The house was great! Worked good for our group of 4 couples. Very relaxing location and wonderful views of the mountains and golf course. Close enough to the village and activities, yet away from the busy areas. The hot tub was enjoyable after a round of golf at the Nicklaus course and other nearby courses. The house had everything we needed and was close to a market for food supplies. The manager was very helpful and responded promptly. Don’t let the owners suite discourage you from renting this house! You will not know it is there or occupied.

A wonderful place for a family visit

Great house!

This house was very spacious, and the rooms were great size. The kitchen had everything we needed and we could easily fit two cars in the garage. Because we were all couple we loved the home did not have a bunk room so every couple got a king/queen bed. The views were stunning and location was 7min to town. would highly recommend.

Great Whistler House

We had a wonderful time at this home. We were a 2-family party of 9 and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The location was so close to the slopes. The house was beautiful and was well appointed with everything you need. The attention to detail for guests was very nice. One of our kids had an injury on the last day and was unable to make it up the stairs (broken ankle), but this home came with a stored roll-away bed that we were able to put in the extra TV room for a make-shift bedroom for her. Everything was perfect with the home. Thank you to the great hosts.

Well appointed and great location

We needed a larger home to fit our family for a ski holiday. This home was close to mountain but in a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness. Overlooked the golf course. Easy walk to the table 19 restaurant.we Really enjoyed exploring the nearby walking trails . Home was well appointed . Would love to return in a different season - golf maybe .

Great family house

We loved the well stocked kitchen and the large island to cook in. Having a bedroom and bathroom for each couple and family was awesome! Very nicely kept. And we even saw 2 bears playing on the golf course on our last night.

Fantastic house with plenty of space

We had extended family and friends together and this house was perfect. There are plenty of places for everyone to have the room and privacy they want yet lots of communal gathering - it’s really excellent for medium or large groups. Parking was great with room for 2 in the garage and 2 more in the driveway and it’s an easy 5 minute drive to the village. House is impeccably maintained - not a single issue.
