High-end modern furnishings are combined with a unique dining table seating 12 guests — the tabletop is crafted from reclaimed floor joists salvaged from the Boulder Saloon in Vancouver's Gastown neighbourhood, built in the early 1900s, making the wood well over 100 years old.
