Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and six beds. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bath with a soaker tub and heated floors. A second bedroom features a king-split bed and a private balcony, while another bedroom offers a twin bunk bed ideal for younger guests. Two additional bedrooms on the lower level each include a king-split bed, wardrobe, and ensuite. Extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage help ensure a comfortable stay throughout your visit.

The top floor is dedicated to quiet rejuvenation with a steam room, dry sauna, and yoga room equipped with mats and a Bose sound system. It’s a warm and restorative place to stretch out or decompress after full winter days on the mountain.

Seasonal ski access
Intermediate skiers can access the Lower Olympic run via a seasonal trail ending in the Northern Lights neighborhood. The trail concludes above the community, requiring guests to descend approximately 100 stairs to reach the townhouse. Ski-out follows the same route in reverse, with guests climbing the stairs to reconnect with the trail and continue to the Lower Olympic run. Ski access is seasonal and typically available from late December through March depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
