Set within the peaceful Northern Lights community, this multi-level townhouse offers ski access via the Lower Olympic trail - seasonal and typically available from late December through March. The trail ends with a descent of over 100 stairs into the neighborhood, and skiing out requires hiking back up to the run. Many guests choose to drive or taxi two minutes to the gondolas in Whistler Village.

On the main floor, a secondary bedroom includes a king-split bed, small balcony, and walk-in closet, with a nearby bathroom featuring heated floors and a glass shower. A third bedroom on this level offers a twin bunk bed. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms each have a king-split bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom with overhead shower. Extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, clothing storage, and a safe are provided.

The top floor is dedicated to restoration, with a spa area that includes a steam room and dry sauna. A separate yoga room with two mats, TV, BluRay player, and Bose sound system invites slow mornings or evening stretches. • Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
