From the entrance a stair will lead you to the main floor where you will find the biggest living + dining + kitchen space in the Village. From this floor a second set of stairs will take you to the 5 bedrooms/4 baths plus 2 private hot tubs where your family can relax after a long day of skiing, hiking, biking, golfing or any fun activity you end up doing in Whistler.
LOCATION Walk everywhere from this convenient central location. Located steps from the Village Stroll (the pedestrian town centre with restaurants and shops) and only 10 mins walk to ski lifts/bike park. Enjoy ultimate convenience with Marketplace Plaza Square is across the street. It provides easy access to numerous amenities including groceries, liquor store, MacDonald’s, Tim Hortons, rental shops, cafés and restaurants. Free shuttle stop is across the street and can also take you everywhere around the Village, including the gondolas and lifts. Electric car charging station located only 5 to 8 min walk at Whistler Conference Centre underground parking.
Quiet Hours : 10PM to 8AM, NO hot tub use allowed during quiet hours. Whistler is a very strict community in relation to noise and neighbours' disturbance. Strata could issue fine of up to C$ 300.00, plus C$ 100.00 call-out security charges for infractions of quiet hours, smoking/vaping and parties. These rules are beyond our control and we want guests to understand that this unit is not suitable for loud gatherings. Charging Electric cars is not yet available in this complex, however, chargers are available at Whistler Conference Center's underground parking, which is an 5 to 8 min walk from Lagoons.

This place was in an amazing location and the space was so big and roomy! The kitchen was stocked with lots of cook ware, perfect to have a big dinner for 11 people. The decor in the place was so cute and we would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the house, which was just as nice as the listing pictures. The location is ideal; quiet complex but steps away from everything. We had an amazing stay and the host was excellent and quickly responded to all our questions. Highly recommend this rental!
Beautiful large townhouse, perfect for our family of 6. Home was well stocked and extremely clean and well maintained. Easy walk to Whistler village and gondola or shuttle stop across the street. Highly recommend!

excellent place to stay with adult children and their partners. Property was better than expected.
Everything excellent, place is modern and clean, 2 spas a bonus, plenty of room for 8 adults, separate heated boot room a big plus. Very close to major supermarket and restaurants etc All dealings with Leo and Sophie (agents) were positive. Even short free bus to lifts was relatively painless. Would highly recommend this property.

As described in writeup! Clean and roomy, though some bedrooms a bit cramped, but we didn't stay in them long!! Anything we needed; Leo was there with solution! Great place to stay in Whistler! Thank you!!
This is one of the only 5 full bedroom houses walkable to the village. It's actually two townhomes that have been combined, which is great because it makes for pretty large common space and plenty of quiet/private room space. Having two hot tubs was fun so we could choose which view we wanted each session. Loved the place.
This is an excellent 5 bedroom condo just minutes away from village and lifts. Very modern, fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, glasses, etc. Only complaint would be guests are required to empty trash and recycles which is across the compound and underground.

Great accommodations! Great location within the village.
Stayed here with a group of friends on a golf trip in June 2022. We found this place had everything we needed, and was in a great location within the village.
Underground parking was secure, and easily accessible to our unit. Comfortably fit our crew with lots of space to spread out.
Property management company was professional and quick to answer any questions prior to our arrival, and upon check out.
Already looking to come back in 2023!

We were there to support our son and his partner running 50k and 100k trail races and the place was for them and our family supporting them and cheering them on. The place was perfect for this. Loved all the bathrooms which made getting going early easy. Would definitely recommend it for large groups. The host was also able to get us a third parking spot which really helped.

My recent stay at LAGOONS in Whistler was fantastic! The property was not only in a prime location, but it was also beautifully maintained. The stunning mountain views from the balcony left me in awe. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Booking through Holiday Whistler was a breeze, and the platform's user-friendly interface made finding the perfect accommodation a joy. I left Whistler with unforgettable memories, and it's all thanks to this outstanding Leo (Holiday Whistler) experience. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay in Whistler!
The unit was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 kids. It was extremely hot in Whistler and unit had fans in each bedroom which helped a lot. A/C would have been perfect, but this was probably a bit unusual for Whistler. But it worked out well. We will definitely return if unit is available next year

Beautiful property. Maybe could have been warned about the amount of stairs to access....we had great grandparents along but good thing they are both very spry. Loved the coffee machine...such a treat!! We were confused by the bunk bed room....we had the impression that it would have 3 beds but we managed with one of the singles on a couch downstairs. The host was very quick to provide a couple of extra blankets. We did find it a little warm even with the heat off but kept the windows open when we were there to enjoy the lovely fresh air in Whistler. All in all we were well impressed with the whole experience....the property, town & activities available. Will be back.........cheers Smith family

Everything about this place is pretty awesome! The 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms make this a great place for a group of 10. The location to the gondolas is about a 5 or 6 minute walk in ski boots. It is close to plenty of places to eat and drink. The 2 hot tubs are off of bedrooms on balconies. They have signs up that say the hot tubs should not be used after 10PM. They didn't have a lot of towels at the unit but we called and more were delivered. Great service! You park underground and have to walk to the unit. That may be the only downfall. You have to carry your luggage and groceries a little bit before you get to the unit. The space is great. We had a great time in this unit!

We enjoyed the location and size of this property as it met the needs of our group. I can not say enough positive about the responsiveness of the owner/team for our questions and requests. Stellar customer service!
Unfortunately we were there during a very hot week in Whistler and a property without air conditioning meant some very restless nights. There were fans for each of the bedrooms and we were continually moving them around the house to where they were needed most, but fans are only helpful if there is cool air to move around. It is always difficult to know what the weather will be like, but I could not recommend this property for hot weather.
The layout of the property is designed to maximize space so the bathrooms and bedrooms are very tight for space. There was very little room for suitcases in the rooms but there was some closet space available to put items away.
Overall, we had a great week!
