About this property

Mountain townhouse w/ hot tub & ski access

Summary:

Welcome to your Whistler mountain retreat - a cozy, spacious escape just minutes from the Village & gondolas!

- Sleeps 10 | 4 bedrooms | 7 beds | 4 baths

- Private hot tub & indoor fireplace

- Seasonal ski access via Lower Olympic Run

- Garage parking w/ EV charger & gear storage

- Kitchen & dining table for shared meals

- Wifi & dedicated workspace

The Space:

Frosted trees rise beyond the windows while the glow of the indoor fireplace warms the room, creating a calm refuge from Whistler’s winter air. After a day on the mountain, you can settle into the private hot tub as the cold settles in the valley and steam rises around you. Mornings begin quietly here, with soft light filtering through tall windows and the nearby slopes only minutes away.

Living space

Set across multiple levels, the townhouse offers spacious common areas designed for gathering after time outdoors. Vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a wood-burning fireplace shape the central living room, where you can unwind with a film or watch the snow drift outside. The dining table seats eight, with four additional spots at the breakfast bar for easy breakfasts before heading out. Air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace provide comfort through every season.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers room to prepare meals together, complete with ample prep space and the essentials for cooking. A separate dining table encourages slow shared dinners, and a glass-enclosed wine cellar adds unique character.

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 4 baths. The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and ensuite featuring a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. A main-level bedroom includes a king-split bed with a nearby bathroom and walk-in shower. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a queen bed and the other features two twin bunk beds, both with TVs. Two additional bathrooms on this floor offer a shower and a bathtub-shower combination. In-unit laundry and bedroom essentials support longer stays.

Outdoor living

A quiet upper deck offers space to use the BBQ grill or take in the forest surroundings. On the lower deck, the private hot tub sits tucked into a sheltered spot, offering a warm retreat after time in the snow. The single-car garage provides free parking, ski and snowboard storage, and boot warmers. An EV charger is available on the property.

Ski access

You can reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends above the neighbourhood, requiring a descent of roughly 100 stairs to reach Northern Lights. Ski-out requires climbing the same stairs before reconnecting with the trail and the Lower Olympic Run. Ski access is seasonal and typically open late December through March, depending on snow conditions.

Additional details

The townhouse includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace with a desk, a private entrance, bathroom essentials, bedroom essentials, TV, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, a full kitchen, outdoor furniture, and self check-in via smart lock. Long term stays are allowed.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. Superb accommodation

Had an amazing week skiing in Whistler with the family and enjoyed the superb accommodation which was convenient for the village and the slopes. Hot tub was a bonus - great after a day’s skiing.

Beautiful property

Lovely property with generous bedrooms and all amenties. Relaxing deck with a great view (2 decks actually!). We had 6 adults (sort of) using all 4 bedrooms and enjoyed more than enough space. Easy 5 minute walk down the hill into the village with a slightly less easy pull uphill afterwards although if you travel to Whistler expect hills! Every one of my party would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! The layout and amenities were well appointed and comfortable. Beds were great; kitchen was well stocked and the village was a 10 minute walk away. Great property!

Love this place. We've been coming up to whistler every summer for around 15 years. Utilized a few different companies. We are always stoked on Whistler Platinum and the Northern Lights properties. Northern Lights 15 is a great property. Ample room for a good sized crowd, awesome location. Only issue they really need to replace that HVAC. The last 2 times we've booked the house we've had issues with the AC breaking or not working. The service men have said they've been there quite a bit and have recommended it be updated. Either way WP handled it as they should. Still had a great time. Luckily the weather cooled off for mid July. Was a great trip.

Whistler stay

Overall, a great property with great space for a large group. The bedrooms were nicely separated over three floors. The kitchen was very well supplied with the necessities but there were no spices which was a little surprising. There is space for 4 vehicles but anymore than that would be an issue.

Spacious unit great for a large family or two

Great unit for a family. Private master upstairs. Main floor is very nice with high vaulted ceilings and huge windows facing trees and mountains. Downstairs was great to keep the teens/kids with a bunk room with 2 bunk beds, plus another bedroom with a queen bed. Movie area as well with hot tub just outside built into the deck. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Whistler and this was one of our favourite

Beautiful and Decently Convenient Property on Whistler Mountain

This place was wonderful for our group of eight. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities and space you might expect for place that sleeps 10 people comfortably. The only imperfection about this house is that both the slopes and village amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs) are non-trivial treks away. Still walkable, but 15-20 minute endeavors. However, I believe that's the tradeoff you agree to for booking a place that is reasonably priced, such as this one.

Annual family get together.

My husband and I and our three sons have been coming to Whistler for many years. Now they are grown adults with wives, and in relationships so our family is growing and we needed more room. This is the perfect location for a family gathering. We all had plenty of space for 8 with our own restrooms. We gathered around the fire in the living room at night and cooked meals, and had a wonderful time. The laundry room is amazing. There is a great mud room with boot heaters. Definitely not a ski out property because of the stairs needing to be climbed, but it was Fine to ride into the village and go up the gondola. Skiing in was not a problem. The guys would ski in at days end and enjoy the hot tub. Everything about our stay was great. A few things worth improving.. The 4 th bedroom bunk beds were not the most comfortable for adults. Better mattresses would be wonderful. The pillows could also need upgrading. The were very firm . Additional positives. If we needed anything, the property management answered immediately, We will be back.

Amazing Property

This is our third time booking through Whistler Platinum - service is always outstanding. We had not stayed in the Northern Lights condos before. This one is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are spectacular!!! This is what it\'s all about. The actual condo is also really nice. The laundry room is large and brand new with an entire additional full bathroom and sauna! This was especially nice on the main level for our daughter who stayed in the main floor bedroom with bath - none of the rest of us needed to use her restroom b/c there was another one on that floor that isn\'t listed in the information. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor both have full bathrooms, and the hot tub is accessible without disturbing anyone sleeping on that level. The master was more spacious than pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed. Again, it\'s really about the view from this condo - I relax just thinking about it. The walk into town is downhill and easy (about 5-7 minutes to the Whistler gondola). The walk back is uphill, but I\'m really not in good shape and it was fine. All the reviews about it being close enough to the hustle and bustle of the village but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful are spot on. We highly recommend.

Great place to book in Whistler

My friends and I booked this property during our stay in Whistler. The house was very spacious and had many great features: an accessible garage, hot tub, and heated mud room (to dry off your snow gear was a great touch), to name a few. I would consider this property again for our future trips.

Everything we needed

This was a great house for our little group of 3 couples. The proximity to the village was perfect - close enough to walk to easily, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was well equipped, right down to having 2 micro planes and a garlic press. The pantry and large laundry room were a huge bonus. There were plenty of towels. Everything was very clean. The only thing we would suggest is that the placemats for the dining table be given a more frequent wash between guests. We had a problem with the dishwasher not draining and the hot tub needed a bit of attention, but these issues were addressed promptly, no questions asked. I gave it a 4 for condition only because it is an older property with a few typical signs of wear. If there was an option for 4.5, I would have given it that. It certainly didn’t detract at all from our enjoyment of the property. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Whistler Platinum team!!
