The Space:

Snow settles quietly over Blueberry Hill as mountain peaks rise beyond the windows, setting the tone for slow mornings and fireside evenings. You wake to winter light filtering through vaulted ceilings, coffee warming your hands as the landscape outside feels both expansive and close. After full days in the alpine air, the house becomes a place to gather, unwind, and let the pace soften.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each designed for privacy and comfort. The upper level is dedicated to the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, fireplace, TV, and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub and steam shower. A second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twins, along with its own ensuite. On the lower level, one bedroom includes a queen bed and an ensuite with a bathtub and overhead shower, while the fourth bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, TV, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and shower. With five bathrooms in total, mornings and evenings remain unhurried even with a full group.



Living spaces

The main living area is open and airy, with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows that frame Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. A gas fireplace anchors the room, creating a natural place to gather after winter days outside. A separate family room with its own fireplace and TV offers a quieter space to relax. Control 4 home automation allows you to adjust lighting and entertainment throughout the home with ease.

Cold-weather evenings are best spent outdoors under the stars, where the hot tub provides a warm contrast to crisp mountain air. The patio and balcony offer space to step outside, breathe deeply, and take in the stillness of the surroundings. A BBQ and outdoor seating are available for year-round use, depending on conditions.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for shared meals and long conversations. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample prep space support everything from simple breakfasts to group dinners. A wet bar with a wine fridge and bar fridge keeps drinks close at hand, while the dining table comfortably seats twelve.

A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Just a short drive from both Whistler Village and Creekside, it offers easy access to dining, shopping, and recreational activities. • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
