The Space:

Soft winter light filters through vaulted windows as snow settles quietly in the trees outside, and the warmth of a wood-burning fire draws you in after a day in the mountains. Steam rises from the hot tub in the cold alpine air, skis rest by the door, and the forested Benchlands feel hushed and calm. Here, evenings slow down - shared meals, crackling flames, and the simple comfort of being surrounded by Whistler’s winter landscape.



Living spaces

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome offers a welcoming place to gather and unwind during the colder months. The main living area is anchored by a river rock wood-burning fireplace and comfortable seating, with a TV for relaxed evenings indoors. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in natural light even on snowy days, while a second sitting area overlooking the lounge provides a cozy corner for games, reading, or quiet conversation after skiing.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for winter stays spent cooking and lingering over meals. Stainless steel appliances and granite counters make meal prep easy, whether you’re making a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a warming dinner at day’s end. A Breville “Bambino” espresso machine with grinder supports unhurried mornings, while the dining table seats ten, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for two.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level features a primary bedroom with a king bed and its own private balcony, along with a second bedroom offering a king-split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo is located nearby. On the main level, the third bedroom includes another king-split bed and access to a second bathroom with a spacious shower and single vanity. The layout comfortably accommodates up to six guests.



Outdoor living

Even in winter, the outdoor spaces are a highlight. Step onto the balcony with a warm drink, or soak in the private hot tub as snow falls around you. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating are available, offering flexibility for guests who enjoy cooking outdoors year-round when conditions allow.



Ski access & location

Situated in the Stoneridge complex, the home provides ski-in/ski-out access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain, seasonal and dependent on snow conditions. Ski-out and ski-in access typically operate from late December through March. A nearby free Village Shuttle connects you to Whistler Village, gondolas, shops, and restaurants, while the Benchlands setting remains quiet and forested.



Comfort & conveniences

You’ll have in-unit laundry, high-speed wifi, heating, portable fans, and a dedicated workspace. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and bathroom essentials are provided. Parking includes a covered carport suitable for one small vehicle, along with free street parking. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.



Getting Around:

• 10-minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 30-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Exit the complex, turn left onto Spearhead Drive, and walk for one minute, the bus stop will be on the right going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Excellent location and space

Ski in and out was really handy and bus was very close to the front gate. Lots of space for 3 couples and kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Any problems or queries we had were very quickly dealt with by management. We loved our stay here.

Fantastic stay in a lovely Whistler townhome!

My family of four had a fabulous time at Stoneridge 12 and would come back again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect, an easy walk with skis to the slopes and an even better “ski-in” experience back almost all the way to the door, and an easy walk to the village for our kids, ages 9 and 13. The set-up was great, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. They had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We will try to book again for sure!

April Skiing Trip

The property is very appointment and a short walk (300metres) to the ski slope. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware required to prepare all meals in the townhome. There is a hot tub which is really nice to have after a days skiing. The dining room table can seat 10 comfortably. There is one covered parking space and enough room for another car to park using the visitor parking pass which is provided.

Great place for extended summer stay

We spent an amazing 4 week vacation at this place. Great location, quiet but close enough to the village and also Lost Lake. Townhouse is well equipped with everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub, we loved the BBQ.

Great condo, convenient location

This condo was nicely furnished and updated and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. It is well-located, either as a short walk from the #5 bus or a shortcut down to Merlin\'s run (and onto the upper village / Blackcomb gondola). If your shoes have good traction, it\'s an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main village. Comes with one parking spot and we did not have trouble getting one of the first-come guest spots (right across from the unit). Communication with the company was great - they were responsive to questions about parking and early check-in, and also informed us of a bus strike (which allowed us to avoid a 15 minute wait for a bus that never came). Highly recommend!
