The Space:

Soft winter light filters through vaulted windows as you settle into the quiet of the forested Benchlands, the air crisp and cold outside while the wood-burning fireplace warms the room. After returning from the slopes, the private hot tub offers a soothing place to unwind as steam rises into the alpine air, and evenings unfold around the fire with space to gather, recharge, and enjoy the calm of Whistler in its snowy season.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome provides a welcoming retreat designed for comfort after full winter days outdoors. The main level centers around a river rock wood-burning fireplace, surrounded by inviting seating and a TV for relaxed evenings. Above the lounge, a second sitting area offers a quiet corner for reading or board games. Vaulted ceilings and large windows frame the surrounding evergreens, creating an open atmosphere that feels especially inviting during colder months.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a Breville “Bambino” espresso machine with a grinder, making morning coffee part of a cozy winter routine. Prepare meals with ease and enjoy them at the dining table that seats ten or the breakfast bar for two. A refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen essentials support simple dinners or more involved cooking on snowy evenings.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and its own private balcony, while a nearby secondary bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be set as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo serves the upper level. The main floor bedroom includes another king-split bed, with a second bathroom offering a spacious shower and single vanity.



Outdoor living & amenities

Winter days end comfortably with a soak in the private hot tub or a quiet moment on the balcony. A dedicated mudroom provides convenient storage for cold-weather gear, and the covered carport accommodates one small vehicle with additional free street parking. In-unit laundry, heating, portable fans, high-speed wifi, and bathroom and bedroom essentials are provided.



Ski access & neighborhood

Located in the Stoneridge complex, the townhome offers ski-out access to Merlin’s Run on Blackcomb Mountain when snow conditions permit, with ski-in access from the same trail typically available from late December through March. The free Village Shuttle stops nearby, connecting you to Whistler Village, its restaurants, shops, and gondolas. The Benchlands setting offers peaceful forest surroundings while keeping you close to winter activities.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
