The space
This ground-floor, single-level townhouse is designed for relaxed winter stays, offering an open layout that brings the living, dining, and kitchen areas together for comfortable gathering. Heating keeps every room cozy during colder months, while portable fans provide comfort when the weather shifts. A dedicated workspace with wifi supports longer visits, and the free washer and dryer offer added convenience throughout your stay. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrivals simple, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in closet, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with overhead shower and heated tile floors. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed that can be arranged as a king or two twin beds, along with a closet and TV. A second bathroom offers a step-in glass-paneled shower. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, essentials, and clothing storage are all provided.
Outdoor living
Your private patio sits beneath the forest canopy, offering a sheltered winter retreat where you can step into the hot tub and let the day’s cold fade away. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available when conditions allow, and the private entrance adds ease for ski days or evening strolls. Free parking garage access and free street parking are included.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home with ease, whether fueling up for the slopes or settling in for a quiet night. The dining table seats six, creating a natural place to gather for shared meals or planning the next day’s adventures.

Located in the Arrowhead Point Complex, the townhouse offers seasonal ski access with nearby trails leading toward the base of Blackcomb and the Blackcomb Gondola when snow conditions allow. A ski-home route from Lower Cruiser guides you back toward the complex, placing winter activities conveniently within reach. Forested surroundings provide a peaceful atmosphere while keeping Whistler Village’s dining, shops, and year-round offerings accessible.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Arrowhead Point is a tranquil townhome complex nestled among the trees on Blackcomb Mountain. Just a short walk to the slopes and a quick ride on the free village shuttle, it offers a serene setting with mountain views. The Upper Village is easily accessible, providing convenient access to dining, shopping, and the Blackcomb Gondola. This peaceful location combines privacy with proximity to Whistler’s amenities.

• 2-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 30-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 20-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 30-minute walk or 10-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free Village Shuttle: Exit the complex, turn left, and walk up Painted Cliff Rd for one minute, the bus stop will be on your left-hand side.
Other Things to Note:
• Fireplace. Please note the fireplace in this vacation rental is not operational. The home is heated by baseboard heaters
• Stairs. Entry to the home is up 10 stairs and is the only way to access the home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Arrowhead Point complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
