Gorgeous sunsets, sunrises, and views.

Basically private pool. Only 12 homes there and 90% only two families at a time.
Saltwater pool with pool house, outdoor hose, bar and seating area, gas grill and bathroom. Outdoor lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. (**pool closed after Labor Day).

Pool area huge enclosed fence and shrubbery surrounds pool for privacy.

Crabbing, crab pots and nets provided!!

Firepit, hammock, grill, cornhole, croquet and other games.

Patio heater for cooler months.

Kayaks, paddleboatds and canoes available for rent close by.

The Compass close by with a movie theater, arcade, batting cage, bumper cars, go-karts, putt-putt, climbing wall and other attractions.

Walmart will deliver essentials.
