Host was very welcoming, had the TV "fireplace" app going and coffee and cream in the fridge for us when we arrived. Beautifully landscaped yard. Close to stores and 20 min drive to the Space Needle. Was a great stay!

This property worked very well for our stay in Seattle. It was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and live comfortably in the home. The back yard was very pretty and lovely to sit in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. It was located near some parks and restaurants that the six of us enjoyed. Very nice place.

We absolutely loved our stay! Richard hosts a wonderful place that is fully equipped with all our needs. The beds were very comfortable, we tried to find the brand because we loved them so much! We especially loved how close it is to PCC for some local groceries and the home itself is situated in a nice quiet area. We slept very well. We absolutely recommend Richard’s home and hope to stay in the future!

Great place!!

Communication with host was fantastic and instructions were great. The place was as advertised and worked great for our girls weekend. We have someone who is blind and the house is highly accessible. The layout of the house is nice and the outdoor areas were well maintained. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the towels were sooo soft! Highly recommend!

This property was great for our vacation with our 11 year old twin grandchildren. It was easy for us to get downtown to the needle and also up to Edmonds. The property was stocked with everything we needed. The host notified us that the water would be turned off for replacement of lines on one day. but we were gone that day so it didn't affect our stay. And he had provided extra bottles of water just in case and he kept us updated on the status of the situation. We really enjoyed our stay!

I loved staying here. The place was absolutely clean and everything we needed was there. The owners are friendly and very helpful. We live in Florida and the Seattle area is someplace we have not been to. They answered my questions and gave me some tips too! I’m planning on staying here again next year.

NFL game family trip.

This property is nothing short of outstanding. We experienced 1 self inflicted problem which Richard solved quickly over the phone. Very comfortable lodging, beautifully maintained and will definitely be staying there again on our next trip.

Perfect Quiet Place

This property is a nice, quaint home in a quiet neighborhood that's close to many amenities. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. It is nicely updated and kept well. We had great communication with the property manager as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Seattle area.

A nice and cozy home in a nice neighborhood just outside of Seattle. Very comfortable home with full amenities. Kind landlord who brought us a hair dryer because the one in the house was missing. Just minutes from SeaTac. We had a very enjoyable stay.

As expected

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was exactly as pictured. My husband, myself, our two kids, and my in-laws stayed two nights and had the best time. The house had everything we needed and lots of space. My boys enjoyed playing in the backyard. The flowers and greenery are beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful and we were close to anything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again, if we visit Seattle again. Thank you for making everything very easy!

Location to airport

This place was convenient to get to the airport. Our group had different flight times out so we wanted something close by. The house is older and when you first come in it has a musty smell. The bedrooms were great, the beds were comfortable. There were a few spider webs in the hallway and living room curtains which made some in the group uncomfortable. Otherwise, location is great. There is a grocery store near by. We did not use the outdoor space due to the rain, but it looked nice.
