New 1BR fully equiped condo with amazing views!
Come enjoy our clean, and comfortable condo overlooking the Bay of La Paz! Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset!

The space

Our condo has all the amenities that you need to make your stay wonderful. Torres Cantera is a new development with excellent amenities, it is located on
a hill a quick drive from Malecon of La Paz.

It has a queen bed on the bedroom and a full sofa bed both with memory foam gel mattress.
The condo has washer/dryer, Wifi, AppleTV, large 55in TV, A/C on the bedroom and the living room. Amenities include a Gym, 2 pools, small private movie theater, grills around the pool, 24/7 security and restricted access gated community.
It has a large kitchen for all your cooking needs, dishwasher so you don't need to clean dishes manually, oven/microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, fridge, new cookware pots and pans.
The best part is the balcony that looks over La Paz Bay! Excellent place to end your day enjoying the sunset, or the city lights!

Guest access

You will have exclusive access to the entire unit, and access to all the amenities that the development provides. You will have your own parking spot.

Interaction with guests

This space has a self-check in. We often times do not meet or have any interactions with our guests. With that being said, we're happy to make recommendations in the area, and answer any questions you may have. Often the quickest way to get ahold of us is by messages, and we do provide our cell phone numbers to our guests. We usually respond within 5 minutes.

What a great view

The unit is small that has everything you need for a short stay. The pools and the view from the room is outstanding. Beautiful sunsets and not too far from the Malecon. Outstanding restaurants in the area and beautiful beaches to the north.

Beautiful little place

Everything went as planned. The guards were very nice, the maintenance staff were always around and attentive. Check in was a breeze and the place was exactly as advertised. Great parking area and it was reasonably quiet. I would rent again. Be sure to have a vehicle as it’s a bit far to walk to the Malecon from the condo.

The condo is in a nice secluded part of town, in the hills overlooking the bay. Condo is fully stocked with cooking utensils and a washing machine. Internet is fast and reliable, allowing me to have online meetings without interuption. Water heater was sufficient to provide hot water for one person. As of mid January 2021 it's in a complex with construction still ongoing, but the noise is not noticable and there progress does not impede the experience whatsoever.

Beautiful views, beautiful space

This is a well maintained condo in a nice community. The condo is comfortable and has all that you would need for a getaway. The pool is nice and rarely in use by the residents. Same with the grills. The views are great. I enjoyed being on the hill above the city, with easy access to the malecon and downtown.
