Great convenient Havasu location

The unit was nice and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Nice pool with jetted hot tubs. Convenient location to restaurants and Havasu Marina. Would definitely rent here again.

Great Spot!

The owner was incredibly helpful and super communative. There was a small issue with the community gate and the owner responded immediately and helped us get things sorted. Awesome location- right near the london Bridge village; lots of cool stores, bars, and restraunts at walking distance. Pool is lovely. Bring your clubs, theres a golf course adjacent! We'll definitely be back...Highly recommend.

Great condo, complex, and location!

I have vacationed at Queen’s Bay Resort for 30 years. I rented many different condos. This condo was great. Well stocked with everything we needed, and the AC worked great! A big plus in 115 degree weatherThe owner was very responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10. We’ll try to book again next year!

Very convenient location for restaurants and Havasu Marina. Nice size condo and somewhat comfortable beds. The condo had a good surface cleaning but good use a deep cleaning especially the inside of the kitchen cabinets. The leak in the master bath room shower should be repaired asap. It’s causing mold that is unhealthy. With that being said, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Mold in master shower/filthy floors/needs massive upgrade

We have stayed in many Queens Bay properties, including this one previously. We notified the owner in August 2023 when we last stayed, that the master shower was leaking behind the wall and sent pictures. Despite this, when we arrived the shower now has mold!! We used the other shower instead of taking a risk using the master. We did take pictures.

Perfect place to stay in Havasu

With a lower price than a room with 2 twin beds at the neighboring London Bridge Resort this comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with open floor plan kitchen & living room was a no-brainer for us. We were positively surprised by the perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants, the beach and Kokomo's night club.

It is just a Rental!!!

The stay was acceptable but I personally won’t stay again. The AC never turned off just to get to 74 degrees in condo. The WI FI didn’t work. The condo is very dated with little to no upgrades since built 30 years ago. There is no pride in ownership as the owner clearly just spends the bare minimums to keep it up as a rental. Not up to my standards or the many other locations I have stayed using VRBO.

Great location, had everything we needed

We really just needed a place to sleep, cool off, and eat occasionally after a long hot day on the lake. I cooked breakfast every morning and we grilled chicken one night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The refrigerator was not super cold (might just be a problem in the summer, or it is old), but the freezer worked fine. We had three teenagers. Two took the beds and my son slept on the couch (it's a sectional big enough for 2 people, not a pull-out). It was perfectly located, nice to be on the bottom floor for unloading/loading.

Excellent Property

Overall, this was a great place to stay. We arrived to find a brand new sofa sectional and a couple of days later, new barstools. The condo itself needs a little TLC. Bedding(and beds) need an upgrade and so do the bathroom towels. The pool area is wonderful. Temps in the pool ranged from high 80’s to low 90’s. Walking distance to golf, London bridge and many great restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED Lake Havasu!!! Being so close to London Bridge was a huge plus! We were able to walk and explore that area, as well as walk to restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed many other restaurants, played golf, and took the boat ride! Hope to return!!

This property is right next to the channel, restaurants & shopping. Our teenagers can walk to the movie theaters and WE can walk to Kokomos! Clean, pet friendly & on the 1st floor!
