This updated condo unit has breathtaking views of the gulf from the condo! We recently remodeled our condo for your vacation retreat as you enjoy overlooking the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores! It has new flooring, paint, granite, furniture, and new linens as well!!!

Our remodeled condo can be your next vacation location! There are fantastic views from the kitchen, living room and balcony as you gaze at the sweeping views of the Gulf State Park, the Gulf State Pier. Our condo has fabulous quality mattresses and bed linens. There are flat screen TVs in the bedroom and also in the living room. We also have great outdoor balcony furniture as you relax and feel the breeze of the ocean and listen to the waves.

Our condo is comprised of the following:
• King in the master bedroom -- with a master bath, flat screen TV, and closet
• There are twin bunk beds in the hallway – great for kids
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing
The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils
• There is a new washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay
• Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends. I am sure that you will love it!
• We have beautiful pools which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We have a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center in Royal Palms as well.
We have new outdoor grills near the pool so that you can enjoy your family while you are preparing a cookout for your family and friends.

Also parking passes during Hangout/Music Festival in May are $160 due the special event in the area.


Royal Palms is such a desirable rental because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price. Also, Royal Palms is situated on western edge of our state park, which provides ultimate privacy. The balcony is a wrap which provides awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach!

Yes, the bunkbeds are for children under the age of ten due to the size of this one bedroom and two bath condo! If people inquire about the bunkbeds, I always tell them they are suited for children. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!

Beautiful view of the beach and location of condo was perfect. Beach wasn’t crowded at all. Condo was a little small for our family. No where really to put luggage and bags. One of the elevators was messed up most of the time. Our family got stuck on it several times. Also not a lot of hot water for showers- some days all of us had to take cold showers from the beginning.

Thanks for choosing to stay at our condo! You are so right about the views location of this condo and that is why we love it so much. I have a two bedroom and two bath condo on the same floor as this condo and you may need it for room if you choose to stay at this location again. We had to put cameras on the elevators because children have been playing the elevators and pushing all the buttons and even broke one. It is so important to have two elevators on the property because if one is having issues, you can use the other one. We have an HOA and security people onsite to manage and call the elevator company when issues arise. The previous guests have never reported an issue with the hot water. We arrived on the day you departed and we did not have any issues with hot water during our week long stay. Thanks for staying with us!

We live in the mid west part of Alabama. We were definitely excited when we purchased this condo. We have remodeled and added to the unit for everyone to enjoy. Our family enjoys traveling to the beach to enjoy the beautiful white sand and the sun. The boys love to fish on the Gulf State Pier and ride their bikes down the Gulf State Park trails. We have met so many wonderful people at the beach and we look forward to many more trips. We are thrilled to be able to share our condo with other families who also love the beach!

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this unit in the Royal Palms because of the unique location. It is located next to the Gulf State Park which is a beautiful pristine beach. It is also the condo closest to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this condo are amazing and everyone agrees that it has the best views in Gulf Shores. This condo complex it very family oriented because of the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is not very crowded so it is a very safe and a relaxing place to watch your children play on the beach.
