Welcome to the Hotel California in the Historic La Quinta Cove! We furnished this home for ourselves as our getaway from Los Angeles. All aspects are (or soon will be!) far above the norm for rental properties in the area. Our home offers an open floor plan, premium finishes throughout including Acacia wood floors, brand new spa, midnight blue Pebble Tec finished saltwater pool in the front courtyard, Smart Tv’s, fast Wi-Fi, and more.

•Living: This room was beautifully put together with the super comfortable Restoration Hardware 9’ couch and oversized chair aimed at the updated stacked stone fireplace and 70” Smart HDTV and home theater system (includes top of the line equipment and incredible surround sound or music listening). Closet that holds living room entertainment equipment on top and space below for your personal belongings.
•Dining: Dining table for 8 people. Bay window that overlooks the beautiful views of the pool and mountains. There are also sliding glass doors to lead you outside.
•Kitchen: Open kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Provided are dishware, drink ware, and utensils stocked for up to 8 people. We have pots, pans, cookie and pizza sheets for baking, toaster, coffeemaker, and more.
•Master Bed: Room is provided with a Tempurpedic king bed, two nightstands with lamps, 6 drawer dresser next to wall by entrance door, table under 55” Smart TV , ceiling fan with remote, and sliding glass doors lead to backyard. Bed will be made with high thread count sheets with either a white down filled comforter or an orange quilt.
•Master En Suite: This bathroom offers an extra-long vanity with dual sinks, tons of storage, toilet, and large shower. Provided in the shower are body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Provided on the sink are hand soap, a soap dish, and toothbrush holder. A trashcan, toilet scrubber, shower mat, and of course towels are provided as well.
•Guest 1 & 2: Virtually identical. Both rooms have Tempurpedic queen beds, nightstands with lamps, dressers, ceiling fans with remotes, and full closet access with hangers. Each bed will be made with high thread count sheets with white down filled comforters.
•Guest Bath: This is a full bathroom with nice counter and storage space, one sink, and toilet. Provided in the shower are body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Provided on the sink are hand soap, a soap dish, and toothbrush holder. A trashcan, toilet scrubber, shower mat, and of course towels are provided as well.
•Laundry: You may use our laundry room with new Whirlpool appliances. The chest holds the detergent, fabric softener, static remover spray, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and pool towels.
•Outdoors: 5’ privacy courtyard fence surrounds the newly updated pool. Pool is heated during cool weather months. We offer four huge couches to lounge on. Nice sized backyard with grass; fun for games or for your pets. Impressive mountain views in front and back.
•Parking: Two car garage. Driveway will fit 4 cars and there is plenty of street parking.
