Private waterfront cottage nestled at the end of Lake Christopher. Spacious yard allows guests to relax in the hammock, enjoy a fire pit, or spend time on the lake. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. The first floor is the main part of the cottage with a bedroom ( full size bed), bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room. The second floor is the loft area that has 2 full beds and a futon. The screened porch is a nice place to relaxing and watch over the lake. The outside deck area is equip with a gas grill and an area for outdoor dining.

Infested with MICE!

A single mouse- ok it’s a camp But it’s summer- should not see 6 mice- twice a day Poop on counters in am Under stove, refrigerator- walk across LR Awful!!! No refund - owner said could set traps- and spend vacation with dead mice!! I left early!!! My friend would not stay HORRIBLE!!!

I understand your frustration , we tried to come in and help you when you saw the first mouse , but you didn't want us coming in . The owners were at their other camp just down the road and would have taken care of everything for you , which they did as soon as you checked out , the mice are gone . we go above and beyond to work with our renters to make sure their stay is enjoyable , i still don't understand why you wouldn't let us in to help.

Beautiful

Absolutely stunning location right on the lake, and it was a thrill to wake up and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Went with four adults and a dog and had a fantastic time. The owners are wonderful people who care deeply about this cottage and want everyone to have as good an experience in it as they did growing up. A few hiccups: the air conditioning listed is one window unit for the bedroom on the first floor. Folks sleeping upstairs will not have access, though it cooled down enough at night that our upstairs sleepers were comfortable, even on 90+ degree days. Wifi and TV didn't work, but we were looking for a rustic weekend away anyway. We played games and read books. Overall if you want to spend some time in a great location and swim, canoe, and enjoy the lake, this is your place. If you're looking to work remotely, I'd look elsewhere.
