Perfect multi family getaway. 2 separate cottages each with 2 bedrooms with room for 11 guests each.
This 1920’s estate features a custom 1/2 Olympic indoor pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, & now brand new privete disc golf course 70+ acres of trailed wooded property, and more. The estate is 5 minutes from Tobyhanna state park for fishing, hiking, and camping. It is 15-20 minutes from lake Wallenpaupack public boat launch for fishing, water sports, and lake adventuring. It is 20 minutes from multiple indoor water parks and ski mountains.
Both cottage are included in the booking
Renting at the Tuscany manor gives you use of all amenities on your stay for a safe and fun family getaway.

Great place

Great pool and outdoor spaces to bbq and relax. Many beds and couches to sleep a large group of friends. Wonderful host, who was very accessible and accommodating.

Wonderful Time in the Poconos

The past few years we have had two growing families try different vacations. Campers, Hotels, etc. We chose this property due to the two cabins which allowed the two families to have their own space and the pavilion was better than we expected. Almost all our time was spent there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

Playing in the Poconos

The property will meet all of your needs and then some. Each cottage house is cozy and comfortable. The pool house, pickleball, and tennis courts were just great to have right at your doorstep!

Well-maintained, expansive property which comfortably accommodated our family of 7. The pool and courts were major plusses. Short drive to a lovely state park. Silvio was very responsive to any questions and requests that we had. We'd happily return!

The property exceeded our expectations by far. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The accommodations were clean, well kept & very well stocked. There was plenty of room for our large family. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating and gave us full access and free range of his beautiful & expansive property & facilities, far more than advertised. The pool was clean & large and very much enjoyed. We highly recommend the host & his property. We would definitely stay here again.

Silvio went above and beyond for our group of ladies! His property is perfect for a weekend getaway with endless possibilities for fun! The pool was a big hit, along with the campfire, projection screen, I can go on and on. The cottages were very clean and accommodating, he made sure to have everything you need and fully stocked. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful estate for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends and family. We appreciate everything he and his son did for us! Can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful property, Amazing pool!

We came with our cousins, a total of 9 kids and 4 adults. There was room for everyone between the two cottages. The cottages were clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful. Kids had a great time sledding on the property and we took some beautiful snowy walks in the woods. The pool was definitely the highlight! Even in the frigid weather the pool room and water were warm and inviting. Silvio was helpful, accessible, accommodating and communicative.

We had a good experience at the property. The indoor pool was fun. Silvio was very responsive to any issue that came up. An area of improvement would be to have more plates, cups and glasses. Having all the towels ready at check in would have been helpful as well. These are all minor issues as the stay was good overall.

A Perfect Bachelor Party Weekend

17 of us descended on Tuscany Manor for a weekend bachelor party, and the place was everything we hoped and more. Silvio, the host, was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and more. He let us check in early too, which was a nice bonus. The cabins were exactly as shown in the photos. Cabin 1 was a bit more modern, and Cabin 2 a bit more unique. The ceilings in Cabin 2 were a bit low, so tall people be warned. The ACs worked nicely, though I recommend sleeping with the bedroom doors open, otherwise it'll get a bit warm in there. The pool and pickleball courts were a big hit, as was the outdoor dining area. The huge grill was perfect for the large amount of cooking we needed to do. I would definitely recommend this rental property for anyone looking to book a large group. Can't say enough good things.

Amazing pool!

First the good: the pool was awesome, the cottages clean, and there were several nearby restaurants. The not so good (but not necessarily bad): The 2 cottages are on a property with a main house that the owner uses either part time or full time. This isn't a huge deal because we did not really see him, but the listing and pictures make it seem like it is only the 2 cottages and a pool house, which is slightly misleading. The pool was amazing, and was the reason we chose this property. However there were hours of use (10am to 9pm) which was disappointing. There was a minor issue with wasps in cottage 2 which Silvio responded to right away. Overall we all enjoyed our stay, but obviously you pay for the pool house and we would have liked to have been able to use this amazing feature more.

The overall condition of the place was very shabby. The pictures online were from a long time ago. The paint on the walls was chipped and had spots all over. The floor was so dirty you could not walk around barefoot. The gas grill outside cottage 1 was filthy. In addition, it did not turn on. All faucets were leaking constantly. The refrigerator made things freeze in cottage 1. The gas fire pits were out of gas. The tennis courts were occupied by an event venue despite online the booking included the tennis courts. The disc golf was overgrown and could not be used. The sign outside says luxurious, but there was no luxury. The rooms were very mediocre. Under the sink was filthy.

Perfect Property

My friends and I had a blast. There was 15 of us who were all able to have a spot to sleep comfortably. Property was perfect for what we were looking for. Pool, grill, pickleball court, lots of space and tables to hang out and play some games. Check in/out process was super easy and the owner was very responsive. Couldn’t recommend any better place for a large group of guys!!!

40th birthday weekend

I was skeptical of the winter stay since there appears to be a lot more to do during the summer. But the pool didn’t disappoint. Silvio was very responsive. I very much recommend.

Great getaway

This trip was great and so much fun. Property entertained our large group. Kids enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming in the heated pool anytime they wanted. Didn’t have any issues but anytime I reached out to Silvio the response was almost instantaneous and accommodating. We plan on making this a yearly retreat.

Great for family

I really liked the property, the cottages were very clean inside, the pool exceeded our expectations, the facilities for playing and including the equipment for the game were great. Communication with Silvio was excellent. I just want to recommend the following: clean up the surroundings of the houses a bit, they were dirty. Try to eliminate the bad smell at the entrance of the second house where the washing machine is located. In summary: I would rent this property again for a future family reunion.

Private Getaway

Silvo is a wonderful host and human being. He graciously opened his estate to our family during the holiday season and even gave us eggs when we were out. The pool is wonderful! I just wish it was better weather to enjoy the many activities he has on the property.

Beautiful property and gracious host

The property was beautiful. I highly recommend for your next big family get together. The indoor pool was a family fun favorite. It was a wonderful thanksgiving for 18 of us. We shopped the premium outlets on Black Friday, visited the casino and also went horseback riding. All of these place were only a very short ride from this centrally located property. The host Silvio and his son were amazing. They were helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this for your family gathering.

Bachelor Party

We stayed here for my brother’s bachelor party. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was truly a wonderful experience. The cottages are perfectly sized for a large group of people. The indoor swimming pool acted like a nice middle ground for us all to meet and hangout. Everything was clean and nice. The swimming pool is amazing as well. It was truly an amazing weekend and the host is extremely kind and welcoming. If you’re looking to rent a property in this area, look no further. This place is amazing.

I am a restaurateur and a real estate developed.

Why they chose this property

I’ve chosen this particular property to race my family 17 years ago, the history of this place is stunning.
The structure was build in the mid 1920s, the original owner was a bootlegger from New York, it is believed that it took 4 years to finish the project.
With laboring 40 masons from Europe.
We enjoyed our time here and now that my boys are grown up and moved on I’ve decided to share this beautiful estate with other families, so far it is been wonderful to have met so many great families making new memorable moments here.

What makes this property unique

The salt water heated pool is in my opinion the main attraction, although my favored part of the estate is the tranquility here, with 20 acres of wooded space.
Plenty to do here from outdoors grilling to enjoy tennis, to try a pickle ball game my now favorite sport...:).
We are minutes away from skiing, boating, water parks, golf, fishing, casino,restaurants, and more.
