Amazing stay at The Avalon — perfect location, a fantastic host, and the condo was in excellent condition throughout. The balcony had the best view of the pool, making mornings and evenings especially relaxing!

Everything about this stay was wonderful. From how beautiful the two bedroom ,two bath condo. The pool was very enjoyable . We love how close it was to get to the beach and all of the stores. We definitely want to stay here again.

Fully equipped kitchen. I enjoyed the pool. The water was a perfect temperature. Sadly, I never made it to the exercise room. Convenient for shopping and restaurants.
The condo is very convenient to the pool. You can see whether it’s busy or not and how sunny it is from the porch.

Very clean and comfy condo, An Amazing balcony overlooking the pool that we relaxed and enjoyed our morning coffee on. The kitchen was very nice, beds are super comfy and love that there is a bathroom for each bedroom. Close to everything and just minutes away from Clearwater Beach! Pool is Great and refreshing. This is our second stay at the Avalon and definitely plan on more in our future trips.

Great rental. Very clean and spacious. Had all the beach amenities one could need to include chairs and sun umbrellas. Doreen the host was fantastic even allowing us to check in early. Convenient to Clearwater and st Pete. Definitely recommend this rental.

Great condo

This is a spacious, nice property, great location close to anything you would need. Well stocked kitchen, cable tv and comfy bed. Shopping centers for anything close by. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay!

Great/clear instructions and communication from the owner. Very clean & comfortable place. Had everything we needed as a family. Short drive to the beach, near lot's of restaurants, groceries and places to shop. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely returned in the future!

Excellent stay in Clearwater

Communications before and during our stay were exceptional. Condo is very comfortable and well provisioned. Location is excellent, we joked it was less than 20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in Clearwater. Highly recommend!

Easy Stay at a Great Location

This property was fantastic - it had everything we needed and was exactly as described. The complex is great - beautiful pool - and the location just 10 minutes from the beach or any restaurant/shopping was great. All of the towels, beach equipment, and kitchen supplies were more than we needed - we just brought some food and were ready to go! We will definitely be staying here again!
