The location is superb: Take a short stroll to Chatham Lighthouse, salt water beach and overlook. Walk one block to the salt water Mill Pond where kids will delight in chasing the hermit crabs or minnows, and parents can launch their kayak or canoe. Walk to downtown Chatham where you will find charming shops and wonderful restaurants. You won't want to miss the famous Friday night band concerts, golf, the Railroad Museum, the Historical Society's Atwood House, Chatham's Orpheum movie theater, Cape Cod League baseball games and the Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Path.

We built this property as a Cottage in 1960. Since they it has been expanded to become a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. We continue to call it a Cottage !
We live in North Chatham, enjoy meeting our guests and being available if needed.

Why they chose this property

The cottage has a nice deck around most of the house. Watching the sunset from the front deck is great ! Having lunch on the back deck or just relaxing there is also wonderful.

What makes this property unique

The location of our property is fantastic. Walk to Chatham center, roam the charming streets in the Old Village, walk to the Mill Pond or Lighthouse beach.
