Blueys Beach - Famed for being the beach which guarantees a good wave, Bluey's is undoubtedly a favourite with surf enthusiasts and those who enjoy a stretch of secluded sand with incredible views. Said to have gained its unusual name due to a cattle mishap en-route to Yarric Mountain (the hill on the southern end of Bluey's Beach), locals proudly proclaim this to be one of the world’s finest beaches. Offering protected corners for those who want to watch the swell from afar, this lush stretch of coastline is framed by forest-covered headlands and nestled between Sandbar Beach to the south, and Boomerang Beach to the north.

NST house on the best street

Beautifully designed contemporary’s timber beach house right on the dune at Blueys Beach, with cracking views north to the headland and south all the way to Seal Rocks. Very comfortable house with decks on both sides for Summer and fireplaces for winter.a few frustrating issues with internet which were resolved by the agent. Otherwise we’ll appointed house in great spot

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely property which as it says, is truly beachfront. It had all the amenities you want would and several areas to enjoy a meal. We cooked a few times, making use of the wonderful kitchen, but also strolled to the nearby shops for lunches, which shows that its location is ideal. Apart from needing some shelves or a vanity in the upstairs bathroom, there was nothing this house lacked. It even incorporated our cavoodle with an enclosed yard, and easy path to the beach. The only thing this week was missing was the weather! Therefore we can't say whether the house gets hot in summer, it may do, but there's also ample provision to open bay windows and get the sea breeze in! Would thoroughly recommend this house to anyone.
