LOT 3 Seal Rocks NSW

Seal Rocks is a raw and ruggedly beautiful place on the NSW North Coast. Lot 3 is a beach house designed and built by Castlepeake to fit in with this rugged beauty.

It is constructed of materials with a raw feel including rammed earth, polished concrete, plywood, steel and glass. It offers simple, and comfortable, modern accommodation in two separate pavilions which open to a private, grassed courtyard, with the National Park beyond.

Lot 3 sleeps up to 6 adults or 10 people (if 2 families) in three bedrooms. Two contain queen beds and the third is a large bunk room with 6 custom made bunks. One queen bedroom is within its own pavilion with an adjacent bathroom. The main pavilion contains a large open plan living / dining / kitchen area with central fireplace along with the other two bedrooms. There is also a compact laundry and a second bathroom (with freestanding bath).

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN LINEN (other than tea towels, doonas & covers & additional blankets) however linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

The house is located a few minutes walk to Beach No.1 and Boat Beach. It is in close proximity to Myall Lake and well-known local surf spots Treachery, Lighthouse and Yagon beaches. Seal Rocks is also known for its fishing, diving and snorkeling and offers beautiful bush walks including one to Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse.

This was our second stay at Lot 3. The house is well laid out and has a relaxed feel. The flat backyard area is great too. Having wifi is super handy. We love the proximity to the shop and the 4WD entrance to Lighthouse Beach.

We had the most wonderful experience with the accom and host of Lot 3. We will definitely be back to make more memories. Thanks so much for having us. The accom was perfect for multiple families. Walking distance to beach and shop. Quiet and private. So many little extras in the house including games and boardgames. Great house and location

The 5 of us absolutely loved our stay at this unique and well equipped property in Seal Rocks. Besides the location, we especially appreciated the large entertainment area including a well equipped kitchen. The high ceilings, natural light and large views out to the surrounding natural environment were precious.

Incredible house in paradise

This house is an architectural gem! The rammed earth walls are earthy and raw yet contemporary and the place has a great feel overall. Perfect for two families. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the local store and coffee van and easy walk to Boat Beach which is arguably one of the best family friendly beaches in NSW. Highly recommended!

Great place to relax with the family

A much needed long weekend away with the family . Best house ever to relax and chill in . The ramed earth gives to home a very special ambience and quietness . Love the home so much . The walk to the beach was lovely and the beach a great place to snorkel

Incredible property!

The photos don't do justice to this place. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here in Seals Rocks, perfect balance of proximity to the beaches and a perfect retreat for privacy that still feels connected to nature. A true example of architecture and planning doing it's job perfectly.
