4 Queen bedrooms with new high end pillow top mattresses. 1 bedroom also has a pull out full size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom located on the main floor has a high end memory foam king mattress and a private en suite. The loft offers a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. 8 televisions throughout. A cozy screened in porch overlooking the pond. Gas fire place, outdoor grille and granite dining bar that seats 10 comfortably. Billiard table with removable ping pong top.

We had a wonderful stay at the very nice Bolton Landing Town House. The beach was a short walk. The shops were all within walking distance and had everything we needed. It was a quiet, peaceful location that we all enjoyed.

Fantastic location!

The property was clean, well stocked with games, and as described. The location was ideal!! One block from the beach, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Host was responsive to communication and comments. Great stay!!!

Incredible home in an incredible location

The home is perfect and stocked with everything you could need. It truly is located in the center of town and everything is truly walking distance. The home has plenty of room to fit everyone and enjoy a perfect weekend on the lake. Family vacation

Everything was perfect! We had a great time! Walking distance to town for shops, ice cream, restaurants, groceries and the beach. Ping Pong and Pool table was a great way to keep everyone busy in the evenings. Breakfast bar was great being able to fit all of us around for breakfast and dinner. Owner was always within reach if needed. Would rent again if we should go back to Bolton Landing!

EXCELLENT!!!

From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had a winner!! We walked to town for dinner.. we played games on a table big enough to fit all ten of us… we were all comfortable with our sleeping arrangements! The Goldsteins thought of everything to make our stay more than we hoped for..we all just wanted to move in.. excellent location close to all major attractions is also a plus! So happy we chose their home for our family get-away!!!

If I could give 6 stars I would! From booking until closing the door behind us, it was a pleasant experience! Townhouse fit our family of 13 perfectly. WOW, was our first reaction. While the kids enjoyed the pool/ ping pong tables, the parents enjoyed hanging around large kitchen island. Both enjoying a little fishing at the creek. Perfect location to walk to beach and Bolton Landing town. Loved to be away from the busy village but only a quick drive away. Townhouse was well supplied. Only conversed with Gregory through emails prior to arrival and didn’t have to call him once during our stay! My in laws couldn’t thank me enough for a great find! We’ll be back!
