Beach is across the street. Access to boats which will take you to the beautiful white sand beach island- 10 min ride and only $10 per person. You can spend the entire day at the beach- you'll enjoy delicious lunch and drinks and swim in the clean clear waters. I definitely recommend it.
The building has two pools and the lobby has a laundromat, Internet Cafe, Beauty Salon, inexpensive but delicious restaurants, convenience store, liquor store, and a few tour shops.
Located in the city's best and safe neighborhood next to the Hilton Hotel.
Cartagena average temperature is of 32 celsius, for this reason there is no hot water.
Must register when you arrive to the building. The building's administration charges 35,000 COP or approximately 8 USD per group. This is payable upon check in and is not included in the booking cost. They will provide you a bracelet which will allow you ingress to the building and access to the building's amenities.
