Newly remodeled 1 bedroom Bluff Villa with gorgeous view of the Sound. Close to the beach and South Beach attractions. Lovely patio to enjoy the view and sit back and relax. All the comforts of home are provided to insure your vacation getaway is relaxing and comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen should you wish to cook or there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. No detail has been overlooked.

Great Property!!

Great place for a couple. Beautiful sunsets from the sofa or patio. Water view. Easy access to beach and bicycle paths. The decor was perfect for the location. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great Location!

The pictures do not do justice to the view you have of the sunsets over Calibogue Sound! The sunsets were beautiful from the living room and even better if we took the 2 minute walk to the beach!

Spacious Quiet Unit and Perfect Location

Spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated property. Plenty of clean towels and linens, very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, you can see the ocean from the back door and the patio. We had an excellent time and planning on coming back.

Fabulous condo in South Beach

Absolute pleasure staying here ! Rented the condo for a weekend for my adult children coming to visit us. The home was neat organized walkable to South Beach Marina and beach ! Will definitely run again whenever my family comes to visit

Location and views are perfect!

Upon arrival the villa was complete with all essentials. Villa was spotless. The location to the beach is a 2 min walk. Sunsets were gorgeous. Short bike ride to South Beach area. I recommend the villa is perfect for two people.

Wonderful villa

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many bluff villas over the last 30 years. The view from back patio is outstanding. Very cozy and pleasant decor. We took advantage of the trolly that took us to harbor town and to sea pines center. Rented bikes and enjoyed the beautiful paths! Only issue was a dirty shower curtain, in which we replaced easily with quick Walmart order! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!

My only regret is that we've stayed near Folly Field for the past 7 years and didn't make this change sooner. Beautiful condo, endless thoughtful touches, great communication, and so QUIET. We wanted a more low key location and this was it. Already talking about booking again for next year.

Diamond in the ruff

Don’t worry, be happy! Completely satisfied with this property in Sea Pines. Owner is super nice and answered any questions that I had. Check-In was a breeze. This Villa was spotlessly clean and supplies were well stocked throughout. Bed was super comfy. The best part of Sea Pines is the close proximity to the beach, which is a 5 minute stroll at best. If you like quietness and tranquility this is the place. The only negative comment you would get from me is I would’ve like to have a larger trash container in the kitchen. Kudos again go out to Karen and the cleaning services.I will definitely come back for future stays.

Loved the location of this lovely villa. Walked across the street in the evening to share a bottle of wine while watching incredible sunsets! Salty Dog just a 5 min walk.

Perfect location

Wonderful villa. Beautifully decorated with everything supplied. Plenty of clean fluffy towels, wash cloths and linens. The bed is very comfortable. The only con is the fact that the unit needs a good floor scrub and deep clean. But it’s the end of the busy season so I’m sure that’s why. Certainly not a deal breaker as we are already booked for next year!! Love the privacy and the location!
