The house was clean and close to Crater of Diamonds! The kids enjoyed playing by the creek nearby but we didn’t let them play outside unsupervised as the house is next to a big road.

Very comfortable beds! Host was very accommodating with late checkout since there was no reservation the night after we left, so we could come back from the Diamond crater and wash up before leaving. Appreciated the screens for sifting, so we saved on rentals. Wrote our family name up on the chalkboard, such a homey touch!

We started construction on Creekside in 2018. We have big plans for expansion and plan on building several more buildings to fit everyone's needs.

Why they chose this property

Creekside is a newly build duplex condo (several guests have referred to it as a barn-dominium) that sits on 2 acres of land. It is a steel structure with beautiful colored concrete floors. Once you step inside you will feel right at home. We have big plans for Creekside! Our plans for expansion are in place... we are planning on added 2 more sets of duplexes with several different floorplans to meet any accommodation needs that you may have. We are located right on Prairie Creek right on the edge of town. You will be only minutes from any attractions, Lake Greeson, Little Missouri River, restaurants, stores and shopping. We are also only an hour away from Texarkana and Hot Springs. There are many attractions in Hot Springs, including Magic Springs, Oaklawn Race Track, the bath houses, and lots of shopping.

What makes this property unique

We are striving to provide you with anything that you may need on your stay with us. The kitchen is stocked with all that you will need to prepare a quick snack or a home cooked meal... All you need to bring is the ingredients!
With our unique floorplans, Creekside is wheelchair accessible. All of the doorways are 36 inches wide. We also welcome pets. There is plenty of parking for your boat and trailer. We offer Direct TV on the 50 inch flat screen in the living room and both bedrooms has 32 inch flat screen TV's with dvd players. Yes, we have wi-fi. Bring your own movies or choose from a wide variety of movies we have provided. There is also a RedBox at the dollar store. We also provide the basic tools for any diamond digging adventure!
This is a new construction, so we are still working on the landscaping.
