Lido Isle is one of the best locations in Newport Beach. There's no commercial activity on Lido so it remains quiet in the summer; however, the local beaches (including the beach club down the street, with lifeguard) and Lido Village are only a short walk or bike ride. And it's very well positioned for nearby trips, eg to Fashion Island, Disneyland, L.A. or San Diego. There are many beach cruisers at the house and it's also easy to rent surfboards, paddle boards, bay boats and bikes within a few blocks away. You can also ride the ferry between the peninsula and Balboa Island or visit the FunZone or take the Catalina Flyer to breath taking Catalina Island for the day.

For morning coffee or an afternoon stroll, Lido Village is a short walk or bike ride over the bridge, and has over 15 restaurants and many high end stores.

Just steps to the clubhouse with snack bar on the Newport Harbor and about a mile to the ocean along with a contemporary decor makes this home lovely, comfortable and fun for a family. The convenient location on the semi-private island and colorful succulent garden make staying at the beach a special occasion. For some playful waves and the surfers among you, this modern, newly remodeled two story house is located less than a mile from the ocean which you can reach within 5-10 minutes by bike (several cruisers are provided).

The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, a media room (w pullout couch), open style living room and kitchen and two bathrooms (1 with shower and one with bath). The living room has vaulted ceilings with skylights. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the media room has a pullout couch that can easily accommodate two children or a guest.

The kitchen is newly renovated with modern design. Windows throughout the house give it a light and breezy feeling – ideal for hot summer. The home comes with beach cruiser bicycles.

There are two lower patios for sitting. One connected to the kitchen includes a fire pit to enjoy a cool down after a day at the beach.

The upper floor has the master, also with vaulted ceilings, and a California king bed with two decks for gentle ocean cross breezes (there is currently no AC). The master bathroom has two sinks, a bath and a shower.

There are TVs in the master bedroom, the living room and also in one bedroom downstairs. There's high speed internet through the house.

Lido Isle is known for its walking "strada", which is great for navigating the island off the main streets.

There is no AC but new sliders and french doors on the patio provided cross ventilation and the bay breeze is almost always adequate.

This home can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults, but we prefer families with 5 or less.

Lido Isle is truly paradise because while you have all the attractions and sites of the area, the shopping, the restaurants, the nightlife, and family fun at your disposal, at the end of the day when you cross our bridge to your lovely tranquil private setting, you just relax and enjoy the water.
