About this property

Our property is rural set on 4 acres of mature trees and gardens. We are 10 mins from Rotorua Central, and close to all attractions. Skyline Luge and Gondola, Zipline. Redwoods,Thermal Bathing just to name a few. We are within an hour of Hobbiton and Taupo perfect for a day trip. We have 2 Calves, 2 Sheep and 6 Chickens and Tonkinese Cats that may say hi. Valley is very cosy with its own Entrance and area to sit and relax it has its own private en-suite. There are NO cooking facilities, however there is a Toaster and Plates etc to make a simple meal and Breakfast. Tea and Coffee are provided and there is a small fridge to keep beverages cold. An Electric Blanket is fitted in the cooler months. Check in time is between 3 and 6pm, and check out time is 10am.

Rotorua stay

An absolutely amazing place to stay! Location was quiet and peaceful, bed super comfy, host very friendly and helpful, accommodation comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Country getaway

Fantastic stay in a rural setting only minutes from Rotorua. Room was immaculate on arrival and Bob and Cathy made us feel more than welcome. Never far from all the fun stuff Rotorua has to offer, but far enough to evade the sulphur smell and get some peace and quiet if that's what you're needing. A highly recommended destination.
