Great stay
We had a great time staying at Lepage Mansion 6. It's in a good location; our typical UBER/Lyft was ~$10 to the majority of places we visited. Jade was also very helpful and stocked some water bottles in the fridge, which was key in this party town. We recommend this place to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Fabulous stay on the Bayou
Esplanade Ridge was perfect! Clean, comfy, with a great layout and really fun decor. Teriffic location. Having four bathrooms when we were there for a wedding was ideal. LaShanda, the property manager is super-responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend!

Large 2-story vintage New Orleans home in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. We had the upstairs only, which was perfect for our needs.
House was lovely and just as pretty as the photos.
Wayne always communicated promptly and was a pleasure to work with. When we had to leave early due the hurricane warnings, he went above and beyond to accommodate us for our loss of days during our stay. Great home. Great host.

What a fabulous older home(we were in the 2nd floor area) We very much enjoyed our stay. The linens were soft & comfortable and the house was clean. I have a property on VRBO that I maintain and so I can be particular about rentals. We especially enjoyed the porch sitting out there every morning & evening.

Beautiful home - great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lepage #6. The decor was beautiful and had a very "New Orleans" feel throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we were able to walk to the Morning Call and City Park for beignets and coffee. We had a small issue with a bathroom faucet and a maintenance person was there in 5 minutes to correct the problem - the on call manager was very attentive. We would stay here again without question!

Overall the stay was great... plenty of space for my family, plenty of bathrooms to get ready in, two kitchen spaces. Can't beat that. Cleanliness was overall good, but the carpets were dirty and needed vacuumed. Only other downfall I could give this place would be the balcony is very slanted so when you sat on the patio furniture, it felt like you were falling forward. I would stay here again.
The house was in a great location. It is in walking distance to cute cafe and local grocery store. It is in a safe area! It was wonderful having a key pad lock on the door. The house was very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. We will definitely stay there again. It would be helpful for future guest to know which bedrooms had bathrooms in them and the size bed in that bathroom. We loved it!!

This property was just as described. It was an older home but nice. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The only thing that was an issue was the thermostat for the back of the house didn't seem to work so it was very cold back there. I had family members who don't mind the cold so we just switched rooms and it worked out perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

My extended family and I took a trip to New Orleans to celebrate a 60th birthday party. This property was very accommodating of our group size and everyone felt comfortable the entire time. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms so everyone wasn’t overlapping. Very clean! Great parking. Central location and easy to get anywhere quickly. Highly recommend. 5 stars!!

Great place to stay with a large group!
The place was very nicely appointed, enough rooms for 7 guests and not too far from the French Quarter (Uber 10/15 mins @ $9.00-12.00) very clean and roomy! The only problem we encountered was the air conditioning was not cooling the house (very hot week) but we called the property manager and she took care of this for us. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here!!

My family and I were in NOLA for 5 nights to celebrate my Mother in laws 70th birthday ! We were very happy with our stay, there was plenty of room for all of us. (2) kitchens! 4 full bathrooms! And we loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to see, nothing was more than a 15 minute uber ride. You can even walk to city park! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and there was a grocery store near by that had everything you could need. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans!
Had family from Bama, Ohio and SC coming in for a wedding. The house is very spacious and in a safe neighborhood. Not all neighborhoods in NOLA can say that. Ample parking. We will be back

This property was exactly as advertised. It was quite spacious, and the perfect set-up for the groomsmen to stay. It is conveniently located with easy access to all parts of New Orleans. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location - quiet and safe neighborhood but minutes from the French Quarter and everything else you want to be near. Beautiful house. Mattresses on most of the beds were extremally hard - master bed was comfy but no bath off of this bedroom. No dishwasher (not a big deal) and washing machine was moldy and we didn't feel comfortable using. Property manager contacted us to make sure all was well and leave his contact info on day one. Didn't discover issue with washer til the next day - did not contact due to busy plans. .I'm sure they would have resolved the issue.
Layout of house is not good in relation to bathrooms and bedrooms. Home needs updating as there we’re some problems areas with the flooring, windows, and laundry equipment was not maintained well. TV use was not a priority, but better instructions to get them to work would have been nice. To use the upstairs, the wrought iron stairs we’re kind of scary at night and the front porch needs replacing. Home was clean and the neighborhood seemed safe and close to lots of things. Loved CC’s coffee shop a block away. Would I rent again, maybe but for the price I expected more. Jason was available when needed the most so no complaints there.
My friends and I went to New Orleans for a bachelorette party. House was as described, and the location was great. The communication between property manager was great too.
