This luxurious vacation home that follows WHO and CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4382 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.

There are one King master suite and one double Queen bedroom on ground floor. On 2nd floor there are 2 king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Total 22 people can all sleep in beds!

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and two family size double door stainless steel fridges along with all essential appliances. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

A gas BBQ grill makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with
several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot SPA.

The pool faces east, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.

A well-trained dog under 50 pound is welcome with additional fee and deposit.

Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available.

Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for further enjoyment after full day theme park visit.

The home offers courtesy high speed Wi-Fi of 400 MBPs
You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, Lego Land is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 mins away from this villa.
An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports court. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly.

Perfect House for Large Group

We rented 2 houses in this neighborhood with this one being the largest. 2/3 of our softball team stayed here and they loved it. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group.

Perfect for a large family

The property was great for our 16 member family. All of the individual rooms (bedrooms, baths, dining, kitchen, etc) were just as shown and very nice. The pool and hot tub were a hit and enjoyed by everyone.The host brought over additional towels when requested.The club house pool was great and fun to be at.

We had 15 family members staying at this wonderful home! Plenty of room for everyone! Living areas on both floors! Had a few problems but the owner was quick to try to solve what she could over a holiday! I highly recommend this home!

Our entire stay ran smoothly. Check in was a breeze. We had a slight problem with the pool heat and a technician was at the house within the hour. The house was clean, the kitchen had an abundance of dishes, utensils, and cookware. The beds were very comfortable. We have no complaints at all!

Great house even when the weather was not so great

We didnt have the best weather, raining and oddly cold for southern Florida temps but the house was beautiful, very comforting and accomidating so our family was able to enjoy each other and hardly noticed the weather outside.

Beautiful home close to Disney

The house was beautiful. The entire family (18 of us) spent 4 nights here. We loved it. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The pool was awesome. The pool at the clubhouse is very nice and has a water slide and lazy river. The video games were all free. Would definitely stay here again some day. It's convenient to Disney World too.

Great for our golf trip

The home and amenities matched the pictures. We had a dozen adults on a golf trip and we had room to spread out and enough table space inside and out for meals and socializing. Having two refrigerators was a big plus for our group. The owner and management team were great to work with and very prompt. If this home is available for out golf trip next year, we will not hesitate to book this again.

Perfect home! Wonderful stay!

We loved our family reunion at this Kissimmee home! The home itself was beautifully decorated. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. The outdoor pool area was screened in allowing perfect indoor/outdoor living. The home was immaculate and the waterpark in the complex was great for our youngest member. The only negative criticism is that many of the beds had very high mattresses. They were comfortable, but a real challenge to get into for our older and shorter family members.

Our family of 16 celebrated our big 50th wedding anniversary in this place and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough rooms and beds and baths for all of us. The open dining, kitchen and living room suited us well. We had grown grandchildren and little ones and everybody found things to do and places to do them. The open upstairs worked well for all of us. TVs in every room made it nice for individuals and their privacy. Everything ran so smoothly. The whole family loved it. The clubhouse was so close so we could walk there. Kris is a great host and I would highly recommend her! Thanks for everything, Kris.

We arrived with twenty others including kids when we walked in the house it was breathtaking. No one complained about their rooms my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the adults. My master bathroom had a sunken tub that was made for relaxation home away from home is a understatement. The family room was big enough to play games and have family time. And the neighbors were nice as if we known them forever. We didn’t get to really enjoy the free did I say free game room. Bathrooms for everyone was ideal. My Elderly parents said they wish we stayed longer. We are planning our next Family outing to Florida as we do every two years but We thinking Next year 😀 we definitely want to stay in the same house. Next time we will plan the whole seven days. Wish it would have been better

Size, number of beds and baths was great. AC upstairs was out when we got there and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Thought they would offer to do something to make the stay more comfortable but it never happened. No extra fans, no offer for a slight discount, nothing- it was more like, sorry about your luck. Property manager told me they couldn’t offer anything so to contact the owner, when I did the property manager proceeded to send me several text messages, taking it personally. We worked so hard to make this weekend special for my mom’s birthday, if not for being in unbearable heat it would haven been great.

Great place for large groups

My family of 8 adults and 6 children enjoyed this home very much. The kids loved being able to be together in the private pool in the evening. The clubhouse was great for them and the adults. The home is within walking distance to the clubhouse which was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of seating for dining inside and on the patio. The kitchen could use some updating on the pots and pans (very worn teflon surfaces) and a couple sharp knives would be great. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Counter seating is also a plus for kidsThe bath towels could be better in terms of quality and quantity for the number of people. At least 4 per bathroom. Very minor issues. The grandkids had issues with the pool surface. They kept getting their feet cut up. There were some things found by accident in the couch. An apple earbud, a pull up and a steak knife …also a baggie containing some very old moldy apple slices under one of the beds. (Housekeeping issues) Communication could have been a little better but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would stay again.

This was a very spacious clean house. Worked perfect for our family! Owner was great to communicate with as well as we left something behind and they were gracious enough to ship to us! Would definitely stay again!
