Very bad smell in side walked out with headache
Living room blinds did not go up
Could not see out side view restrictions to veranda,.Bedroom door has a lock got locked out had to sleep on Couch , Left I Day early paid for 2 days.Manager did not offer to come and unlock bedroom just told me to use a knife to try to open up bedroom lock,.Manager did comment that it is Illegal to have a lock on the bedroom doors.

Thank you for your review however Unfortunatley as you are well aware your feedback is completely untruthful.
Having a push lock on a main bedroom door is not illegal and at no point have we ever admitted to this in fact we have the email records in which we explained to you on several occasions that you were incorrect.
You also did not contact us during your stay, you contacted us after you had already vacated the property and returned the keys to which we advised you that had you of contacted us using the after hours emergency number that is provided to you we would have been more than happy to assist you.
it was after you had vacated that staff explained that had you of contacted us the door could have simply been unlocked within 30 seconds using something flat like a butter knife to turn the lock from the outside, this is actually something that is common knowledge to most people.
You also broke the blinds whilst accommodating the property as well as kicking one of one of the skirting boards in the living room and instead of charging you for this the owner agreed to refund your bond and fix this himself.
We do appreciate your comments although being extremely untruthful.
