we enjoyed our stay, beds were incredibly comfortable, location was fantastic and house had everything we needed! Bella was great to communicate with and we felt very welcomed!

Came up to the jetty with the family and stayed at this accommodation over the new years, we loved the location it was central to everything and nice views around, however, there were things that weren’t great, for start there were unflushed tissues in the toilet bowl upon arrival BEFORE any of us had even used the toilets so that indicates there was some kind of usage before we arrived that was NOT cleaned up. There were ants on the sinks and walls in the toilets. There were bright orange stain marks on the towels in the toilet that are supposed to be clean? The property details say there’s 2 bathrooms but only 1 has a shower and the other is incredibly tiny and very hard for someone larger or taller to use. There were stains on pillows upstairs too and marks in the shower floor that weren’t very pleasant. We also noticed there was a granny flat or building of some kind at the back, which we were NOT informed about and there were people there who seemed to live there?? We were NOT told about this prior AT ALL and we were unable to use the back deck at all without feeling uncomfortable as we didn’t know who this person was and we didn’t get any communication from the host about this! This person had direct access to the main house. The fridge was also an issue, the door dosent work properly, you have to manually close it yourself EVERY time. Overall, we were happy with some things but heaps of things that need to be improved before we would consider returning.
