ON BEACH TIME! This BREATHTAKING gulf front view 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo with our balcony overlooking the beautiful sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. We have upgraded our hot water heater to a TANK LESS hot water system, so you won't run out of hot water and makes it convenient when you are trying to get ready after a day at the beach before dinner. FREE WiFi, Master bedroom with a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom is upstairs with a daybed which is a king size bed or 2 twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, coffee maker, bagel toaster, ice maker, blender, crock pot, all your kitchen cooking needs, iron and ironing board in the master closet. We have a hair dryer, flat iron and curly iron available for your usage, beach towels, beach chairs and so much more for your convenience. We are here to assist you with any questions that you may have. You definitely do not want to miss the captivating sunset from your own private balcony, make sure you have your camera ready. Our condo captures your Gulf Front experience inside and outside on your relaxing private balcony! Our condo is on the 3rd floor which is the top floor of the 3 story Nautical Watch condo. No elevators, ample parking, private pool with grills for your usage. T

We have beach chairs at the condo for your convenience, 2 coolers for your use to take cold beverages, beach towels, and aloe for when you have gotten too much sun at the beach.

We start each guest with toilet paper, dishwasher pod, dish soap and laundry pod to get you started.

We have tried to think of everything that you may need during your stay at the beach to make it less for you to pack. If you have any questions on other items please reach out and let us know. We will be delighted to answer any of your questions.

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was spotless upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze. Property is in a very quiet area and just steps from the beach. Cerrie took great care to make sure we had everything we needed plus a few extra touches to make our visit special. Highly recommend booking this condo.

Cute, quaint, and comfortable.

First, the owner went to great lengths to make sure our condo was as clean and disinfected as possible. That meant a lot to us at this time. She has bed linens, comforters, towels, and shower curtain, 'replaced' with each booking. The unit was disinfected throughout. She made sure that all our needs were met with comfort and style. Right on the beach and steps from the water is the main reason we chose this condo. No elevators needed. And no problem parking! The owner (Cerrie) was wonderful and made our experience hassle free.

Condo was clean and neat. Owners thought of lots of things people may forget and had available.. Cerrie and Rick checked in a few times too to see how things were going... finally found a place to stay ON THE BEACH....

Such a great place to be "home" for a week! My favorite spot was the balcony!

Wonderful condo with so much room, clean and stocked with everything you need from kitchen to beach chairs & cooler. The balcony with the beautiful gulf view was so special for me. It did not matter if we were on the balcony to eat or just enjoy a glass of wine, it was amazing! Thanks Rick & Cerrie for sharing your wonderful beach condo.

2016 Summer Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. Probably one of the best views in Bay County considering you're not 30 stories up and you have the beach 5 feet away from you. My fiancé and I enjoyed our coffee every morning on the back deck while watching the waves crash. You can tell the owners have a hospitality background. They are very pleasant and deliver top notch customer service whenever it's needed. We requested a nice restaurant in the area and were pointed to several great restaurants. Which by the way, they were all fantastic. This condo was very clean when we first walked in, almost smelled like home. Only difference was that the Gulf of Mexico was at our back door. I would totally recommend this to all of my friends and family. What a great experience!! ~Kyle

Great time!

We were stationed Panama City Beach during my husbands military careers and fell in love with the beaches. After his retirement we moved back home to be close to our parents and looking forward to full retirement to enjoy our beaches again.

Why they chose this property

We loved having the 3 story building to make it more like home. You don't have to wait for an elevator, worry about the pool being packed or finding your place on the beach. We lived here before any of the high rises and we want to enjoy the beauty of PCB!

Nice 3 story building sitting right on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico with private balcony, the perfect sunsets, beautiful pool and just a like home feeling.
