NO COOKIE CUTTER RENTAL HERE!!! Our property features a most ideal location, atmosphere and combination of amenities you will struggle to find at any other beach property. In addition to that, the unique funky little residential island community of Sunset Beach, with its close proximity and easy access to large touristy type beaches cannot be duplicated. This is a two family house with separate entrances in the front of the home but has a shared breezeway indoors connecting the two units.
The downstairs unit is a three bedroom, two bath unit. This unit also has a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a laundry area.
The upstairs unit is a two bedroom, one bath unit. This unit also has a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a laundry area.
This is the ideal house for a large group or for two families traveling together.

The last big family vacation

The property was perfect for us. There wasplenty of room for 14 of us to spread out and enough room for all of us to be together. Plus most everything you would need is provided. It's a great place in a great location!

Great beach place!

The place looked great! The location couldn’t be better. There were a couple of minor plumbing issues with the washer and one of the bathrooms which we were able to get around. Jason was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. My family will definately consider this again,

Awesome Place!

The property was perfect! If you are looking for a space that can accommodate several people, this is your place! There is another house on this property as well that can also be listed. Even though it is not "beachfront", a short walk and your toes are in the sand! You are still able to hear the waves every night. We have stayed in many VRBO's in this area, and by far, this is the best-equipped house we have stayed in. Everything that we needed was here. Our kids absolutely loved the pool! The pool was a perfect temperature.

Owners very easy to get in contact with if needed. Beautiful home and very clean. We had plenty of room and privacy for the whole family. We had 12 people and rented the whole place. Had all the basic necessities. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids and family. Plus it was steps from the beach! Would definitely stay here again and most definitely recommend!

Property worked out great for our family. Plenty of room, very clean, excellent location. Only issue we had was hot tub out by pool was not working properly. Worked for a few minutes then had no aeration. Only tried to use it twice.

Best place on Treasure Island

This place was amazing. Super clean, had everything we needed and more. Pool and hot tub were great. Decor is so nicely done. Beds were very comfortable and plenty hot water for showers. If I come back I'll try to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Treasure Island!

We traveled to Treasure Island as a group of 12 (9 adults, 3 children all under age 5) and had a wonderful trip. The house was a great size for our group (we really loved having both the upper and lower unit), clean, conveniently located near the beach, and Jason and Christine were quick in their communications. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

first vrbo experience

I am in my sixties and have never booked anything on line before. From the beginning I was put a ease because any question I had Jason would answer my e mail's quickly and would help any way I needed. As to the property, it was even better in person. Everything was clean and working properly, not to mention decorated so cute. We had a great time and would definitely stay again .

Our property consists of several houses on one property all surrounding the pool , spa , cabana, outdoor cooking and common area. We can accommodate groups of up to 25 people for events such as beach weddings, family reunions, as well as other types of events or gatherings.
