Inexpensive apartment in the heart of the Nassau region

Our apartment has a size of about 54 square meters and can accommodate 1 to 4 people plus a cot. The extended storage is available for further sleeping arrangements by arrangement. The apartment is non-smoking. Please only smoke outside the house or on the terrace or in the garden.

The apartment consists of:
• 2 bedrooms, 1x with double bed, 2x with single bed.
• 1 living room with satellite TV and radio. Game console available.
• Internet access LAN, WLAN available!
• 1 fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with 3-star compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc.
• 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Large storage when needed.

The apartment is equipped with central heating and wooden floors. The washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are included. Furthermore, a large lounge with table tennis and dart machine is available for leisure activities by arrangement.

Arrival / departure:
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from around 2 p.m. We are grateful if you try to arrive by 6:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, please hand over the apartment by 10 a.m. Arrivals and departures are possible with us every day of the week. Other times are possible on request!

Care in the surrounding area:
The nearest bakery is the mill bakery Fetter in the Rupbach valley, approx. 7 km away. This bakery has its own mill and grinds its flour itself. Otherwise, the baker comes through the town on a Tuesday and Friday afternoon. A butcher comes to our place every Friday from 6:00 p.m.

The usual supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Netto or Rewe can be found in Nassau or Katzenelnbogen, each about 10 km away. Norma in Singhofen, also about 10 kilometers away.

The nearest restaurant (Restaurant Nollhof) with home-style cooking is about 1.5 km away.

There are further restaurants and restaurants in Obernhof (3 km), Bremberg (4 km), Gutenacker (5 km) Weinähr (7 km) or Herold (7 km). Delicious steaks and salads as well as home-brewed beer are available between Biebrich and Schönborn on the Schauferts farm, approx. 13 km away. Of course you can also have pizza or kebab delivered. Appropriate menus are available in the apartment.

Cafe No. 9 in Obernhof with its delicious cakes is also worth a visit.

In Seelbach there will be a community gathering in the community center on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. Just have a look and have a nice beer or wine, it's worth it.

• Nassau and Bad Ems
- Stein's castle, Stein castle, historic town hall, Limes castle in Nassau and surroundings
- Spa promenades, new indoor pool in Bad Ems

• The Einrich and the town of Katzenelnbogen, the Taunus in its purest form, wonderful scenery and hiking trails as well as culinary delights.

• The blue countryside, the city of Naststätten and its communities with cinema.

• Cathedral city Limburg and Count city Diez

• The Lorelei rock near St. Goarshausen, about 30 minutes by car from Seelbach. See www. loreley-tourism. de.

• The game and leisure park in Gackenbach (25 km).

• The Taunus Wonderland in Bad Schwalbach (30 km).

Koblenz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt can also be reached within an hour. Great excursions on the Rhine, Lahn and Mosel are possible. Therefore there is no boredom.

Some nice larger and smaller folk festivals also take place in the region. So z. B. the Bartholomew markets in Bad Ems and Katzenelnbogen in August, the Michelsmarkt in Nassau at the end of September, the Oktoberfest in Naststätten in October. There are also funfairs, curbs and local festivals in smaller communities. There is also the car-free Gelachtag in June, wine festival in Obernhof in June, cabaret festival in August.
